Great all around experience, glad we booked it.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and fancy. Reception was fast and easy. Checkout went smoothly. The rooms were super nice and clean. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Convenient location, possible parking on the street in front, very good breakfast and very kind personnel in the restaurant. Clean and quiet rooms, coffee machine.

Cons:

One of the rooms we booked was for 3 people (two adults and a kid) and this was taken into account in the price paid in advance. However, the first night the bed for the kid was not prepared (at reception we were told that the hotel was not properly informed by Booking.com) and there was no one to sort this out - the problem was taken care of on the next day only. The room were overlooking the inner courtyard and the natural light was poor.

Staying here was a perfect part of a lovely visit to Italy.
Pros:

The location was perfect; it was quiet, away from the bustle of the center city but certainly walking distance to many attractions. The beautiful Arno is right outside, and we enjoyed our small balcony where we watched people rowing on the river. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices each day. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We really could not have been happier with our stay. We would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Florence
Pros:

Lovely rennovated hotel with a gym, spa, sauna and restaurant

Cons:

It was quite a fair walking distance from the heart of Florence. A bit quieter for those that don’t like to be in the hustle and bustle but was a bit too far for us, requiring taxis to get into the city centre.
