La posizione

Cons:

Tutto, un 5 stelle all’altezza di un 3 stelle, camere senza zanzariere, sul lungarno capirai.. aria condizionata posizionata sopra al letto che non si spegne.. o meglio si spegne se si apre la finestra, ma la finestra non ha zanzariere e in più dava sulla scala di sicurezza usata dal personale di servizio.. quindi non si è chiuso occhio la notte, in più parcheggio con wallet, chiediamo alla reception che ci venga riconsegnata l’auto alle 10 del mattino, risultato ci hanno mandati in taxi alle 10:30 (partenza dall’hotel), questo ottimo servizio era a pagamento, poi hotel fatto con materiali veramente scadenti, scatola dello scarico del water che si staccava… bo.. Ricordo che 5 stelle è il massimo che si può pretendere da un hotel, per me questo rasenta veramente il minimo.. tutto questo per 400€.. ma..

Emplacement formidable, près de tout ce qu'on doit visiter. Chambre extra avec jacuzzi au balcon

Cons:

Le prestataire du parking, 1h pour nous ramener la voiture !.

La localización, las habitaciones, la limpieza y el trato amable del personal encargada del desayuno y limpieza. El desayuno es muy bueno. Ambiente tranquilo.

Cons:

La iluminación general. Demasiada luz blanca e intensa en las zonas comunes, creando un ambiente demasiado frío. Creo que si mejorasen la iluminación, el lugar se sentiría más acogedor.

Aunque haya una persona en recepción las 24 horas, sin embargo, tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras de acceso desde el acceso del hotel hasta la recepción sin que nadie nos ayudara o estuviera pendiente. Creo que para un establecimiento de 5 estrellas, esto es fundamental.

Exlente opción para un par de días en Florencia
Pros:

Necesitab hacer el check in antes de lo previsto y MATEO lo facilitó todo. El servicio de Valet Parking funciona muy bien y la ubicación es muy buena
