Clean and modern but noisy, poor breakfast and expensive parking and gym

Cons:

Very limited breakfast, no choices at all.
Gym is 10eur and parking 45 eur per day.
All larger rooms are above the street where noisy tram goes by all the time during the night too. If you have light sleep - you are going to struggle like I have.

Good vegan friendly breakfast was offered. Minibar was complimentary and replenished once every day of the stay. Communal miele washing machine and tumble dryer available for paid use during the stay. Beautiful steam/sauna space and outdoor swimming pool.

Luxury like with a friendly staff that accommodated every request.
Pros:

This hotel is a five star for me and my family. They welcomed us with complimentary appetizers and drinks for my family of 4. The customer experience was magnificent, the amenities in the room such as beverages and snack were a plus for my family. The provided slippers and dental kits without asking. They refilled the refrigerator and fully stocked it which my kids really enjoyed. The room had coffee, tea and Biscotti’s. The breakfast had a beautiful spread of options to choose from. It was walking distance to all the major attractions. The front desk staff even helped me book train tickets from Florence to Rome. We had options to do laundry that was available 24 hours. I will stay here again if I come back to Florence. They made my stay so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing was the pigeons flying around outside but that wasn’t a big deal.

Superb, luxurious hotel amenities and great staff
Pros:

Wonderful in every way- luxury and comfort all around. Welcoming, friendly professional team at Reception and the restaurant, pool and also a great housekeeping team looking after the rooms.
Room was very clean and comfortable, great air conditioning throughout the extreme heat. Beds super comfy with high quality pillows and mattresses, generous towels and free chilled drinks in the minibar! The ice machine and chilled water dispenser were very welcome ! Bathroom very modern with luxurious shower. We had a great three days. The buffet breakfast and food when we dined in the evening was of a high standard and we were offered a complimentary drink and appetizers. It was difficult to decide whether to be out and about in Florence or return to the hotel for relaxing in the hotel, including the pool to relax in. . The location was perfect- a straight walk to the centre, near to San Marco square for transport but quiet. Highly recommend and would love to return- thank you
