Sehr freundlich geführtes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und jedes unserer Anliegen wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit einer guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet und im Bad standen zahlreiche Wasch- und Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung. Auch über unseren Willkommensaperitiv haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ins Zentrum kommt man gut zu Fuß. Bahnhof und Flughafen sind von einer nahehelegenen Haltestelle mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Pros:

New facilities and larger rooms with more storage than most. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and soft pillows. A plus to previous hotels that we stayed in while visiting Italy. The restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced with nice city views. The breakfast was also good with a variety of food selections.

Cons:

The only thing that was of some concern was the location. I am from the states so I am not familiar with the Naples area but this appears to be located in an old warehouse district not far from the water port and the area is being rehabilitated. This is a new hotel with some rooms just recently being completed (May, 2026). I felt safe in the area but there are no shops. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service throughout the day to the downtown shopping areas.

A great family friendly hotel in Florence
Pros:

IQ Hotel Firenze checked all the boxes for our needs. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and clean. The location was perfect and easy to reach the historic sites. Breakfast buffet left nothing out, you could not leave hungry! The pool was perfect for an afternoon refresh and quite tranquil. The front desk was incredibly helpful with booking multiple rooms for my family and the value far exceeded the cost. I intend to stay at other IQ locations on my future visits to Italy.

Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean,and well maintained. The front desk staff provide excellent service. The location is central. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bar tender was very friendly.
