Heaven near Fira ! Staff are amazing . Location is great and so are facilities
This hotel was in a fantastic location close to Fira. The staff are exceptional, particulary Doritta (waitress) Kristen (receptionist) & the Lifeguard.
The hotel was quiet on our visit but we still had a wonderful time.
The showers could be upgraded as they are in the bath but still worked perfectly with hot water always
Great location and nice resort the breakfast was great
The chair in patio was very uncomfortable actually hurt if you sat too long. And I had something on my pillow case a stain
We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic Hotel Fira Santorini and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after us with genuine warmth and kindness.
A very special thank u to the beautiful manager, Eleni, whose care and attention to detail helped create such a fantastic atmosphere. She leads an amazing team of staff who were always friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay perfect.
The hospitality we experienced was outstanding, and the memories we made will stay with us forever. Thank you to everyone at Kamari Beach Hotel and the majestic Hotel for giving us such a magical holiday. We cannot wait to return!

My pillow had some brown spots all over it took it down to reception and my soaps for hair did not get replaced. I had to call

VIP treatment from the moment we arrived!! Gorgeous 360 views, gorgeous resort!! Above excellent staff in all ways!! We started w complementary beverage and massage by Khime, not to be missed!! Fabulous buffet breakfast every morning w the wonderful Dora!! Highly recommend
Everything was amazing. The staff treated us like royalty. Needs were met before we even knew we had them. At check in, we were seated and they came to us to get the paperwork taken care of. We were given grape juice in wine glasses. We will be back.

The area was right on a busy road. I didn’t realize it was right on that road and thought it was in town.
A gorgeous established with a volcano view. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, walking distance from the town of Fira with excellent rooms and majestic common areas. But what makes the difference is the hospitality we received by the manager and the staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. The kind of Greek hospitality you expect when in the country. Looking forward on coming back
