This was our first time in Santorini and we had found The Majestic Hotel in Santorini through different credit card travel websites. The location of the hotel was great as it only took 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Fira where there is a lot of great restaurants, souvenir and wine shops, small markets and boutiques. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful, respective, and knowledgeable. The hotel is well maintained and is very relaxing. We were greeted by Ms. Christina who manages the check in desk. We were offered drinks while she was completing our checkin process. Our room had a view of famous Caldera and was specious with a large balcony. The five days that we were in Santorini Ms. Christina provided lots of great recommendations of where to go, what to see, where to eat, and the most economical way to visit other areas such as Oia and Kamari beach. The complementary breakfast buffet has great selections; however, this hotel also has a menu which allows its guests to order complementary made to order breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of customer service throughout my stay. Every detail is quality throughout. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

this hotel was lovely, very quiet and great comfy sun beds , breakfast was nice and organised with a good selection with extremely attentive staff Dora and Klessa! The pool was very big and deep with a great life guard Nicholas who always made sure everyone was happy, bringing hotel towels and pool floats!! Also extremely close to fira and the bus station for easy access to the whole island. This hotel also included a free gym, sauna, games room- if you need it the majestic has it!

Priveliștea spre Vulcan a fost superba. Apusul de soare se vede superb. Micul dejun foarte bogat, personalul amabil, serviabil și politicos.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is perfect just a 5-minute walk into Fira, so it’s close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions while still being peaceful.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast offered a great selection each morning, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The pool area was also fantastic clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, a great location, and excellent facilities. We will definitely stay here again.

Just wow.

I got moved to this hotel part way through my week in Santorini due to a few little issues at my other hotel.

Upon arrival the staff treated me like royalty, welcome drink & cold flannel, carried all my luggage and my jacket for me, gave me a 1 on 1 tour of the hotel so I knew where everything was, brought my bags to my room etc.

I’ve been here for 4 days and I’m gutted my whole stay wasn’t here now! It’s a gorgeous hotel, in a great location (takes 12 mins to walk into Thira town and is just one straight flat road), huge supermarket a 7 minute walk the opposite way and close to the bus station if you fancy a day out.

The staff are honestly something I’ve never experienced anywhere on a holiday - I have never been so looked after, so cared for and so appreciated by them. Every staff member I endured was helpful, chatty, so smiley and positive and couldn’t do enough for you. Even the pool life guard is constantly wandering around chatting and is always asking if you’d like your parasol putting up etc.

The breakfast buffet is so good, they switch it up daily so always something new to try and the coffee is gorgeous (they make it for you rather than it being out of a machine).

I have a late flight home (9pm) and they have kindly let me keep the room until I get picked up this evening free of charge which is such a kind gesture and so appreciated it has made my last day much more enjoyable knowing I will be able to shower properly and get ready for the airport in my room rather than in a toilet cubicle etc.

The rooms are so spacious with really comfy beds and a great power shower! There were also some English/American channels on the TV too.

The views from all over the hotel are incredible and it is a proper sun trap all day so if you like tanning you’ll have a great time here.

The food at the pool bar was so nice too, the pizza was a favorite of mine! As were the chocolate milkshakes and the smoothies!

I am so glad things turned out how they did and I ended up here because I have had the best time. And I am so grateful for the help and care from all the staff ❤️

Heaven near Fira ! Staff are amazing . Location is great and so are facilities

This hotel was in a fantastic location close to Fira. The staff are exceptional, particulary Doritta (waitress) Kristen (receptionist) & the Lifeguard.
The hotel was quiet on our visit but we still had a wonderful time.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic Hotel Fira Santorini and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after us with genuine warmth and kindness.

A very special thank u to the beautiful manager, Eleni, whose care and attention to detail helped create such a fantastic atmosphere. She leads an amazing team of staff who were always friendly, helpful, and eager to make our stay perfect.

The hospitality we experienced was outstanding, and the memories we made will stay with us forever. Thank you to everyone at Kamari Beach Hotel and the majestic Hotel for giving us such a magical holiday. We cannot wait to return!
