Nice hotel but its NOT a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Great Location, close to Fira town for evening dinners and views. Clean pool area without a fight for sun-beds, as long as you are an early riser. Staff were nice, room cleaning services were good.

Cons:

This is not a genuine 5 star property. Although clean but lacked the perks and finesse of a 5 star. Ive stayed in many 5 stars and was left disappointed on this occasion.

Simple things like not having complimentary water in family rooms.

Our Bathroom with our family suite was very grubby and dated. Definitely not 5 star quality.

I asked for a small alternative for my child’s meal at poolside in the evening and the kitchen said they couldn’t accommodate it. Not a big deal in grand scale of things but most chefs in 5 stars go over and above to accommodate especially for a child, this is what I mean about not a 5 star experience.

May sound like minor issues but when you book 5 star you do expect 5 star.

Perfect and relaxing
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Majestic. The staff were very friendly and showed us so much kindness. The place was very enjoyable with a great pool area and a great restaurant serving meals and drinks poolside at affordable prices (relative to the nearest town of Fira). All and all, we had a fabulous holiday in Santorini staying at this hotel. Thanks for everything x

Nothing. We were very sad to leave but no doubt will return sometime soon.

praticamente tutto, la piscina (grande Nico il bagnino), lo staff, il bar della piscina, la palestra per non parlare della vista mozzafiato sul vulcano… ma anche la posizione strategica con vicinanza al centro
