Minunat!
Pros:

Hotel cozy și foarte curat, personal amabil și de ajutor la orice solicitare, aproape de centrul orașului.

Cons:

Great hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean. Location was great and we really liked the rooftop space, where we had dinner.

Hotel muito agradável e confortável.
Pros:

Chegamos na cidade em um grande feriado religioso onde tudo estava fechado, o hotel salvou, era muito bonito e confortável, com o restaurante funcionando o tempo todo, pois não havia quase nada aberto na cidade. As roupas de cama muito boas, chuveiro maravilhoso, os funcionários muito atenciosos e agradáveis, principalmente do restaurante (tinha uma moça e um rapaz que trabalharam juntos no dia que chegamos e no dia seguinte, super simpáticos), e da recepção o Othmane (acho) que inclusive falava português, extremamente educado e gentil. Pena que o rooftop estava fechado. Um dia voltaremos.

I’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

The location and that it was clean.
Abdo who greeted me on arrival was lovely.The rooftop bar is a must - lovely views and drinks.

Cons:

The check in took over 30 minutes which was surprising considering that they made me pre-check in online the day before.

Hotel muy moderno
Pros:

Un hotel muy moderno y divertido. El personal es muy atento. El servicio de desayuno resultó excepcional! Y la Kaantine tiene platos muy bien elaborados.

Cons:

En recepción solicité un medicamento para dolor de estómago y no disponían. Creo que deberían tener algunos medicamentos básicos para los pasajeros.

Das Hotel an sich hat uns gut gefallen. Viel Platz zum angenehmen Aufenthalt in Lobby . Überall gute Aromen.
Sehr schönes Frühstück. Im Tagdienst hilfreiches und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Überhaupt nicht gefallen und daher auch nur die durchschnittliche Bewertung, hat uns die Organisation zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir sind angekündigt gegen 2 Uhr nachts angekommen. Wir hatten für 6 Personen 2 Zimmer gebucht: ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen und ein Appartement für 4 erwachsene Kinder. Bei Ankunft war das Appartement nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet. Ein Ausziehsofa (ca. 1,80 cm lang) war mit einem Laken versehen, ohne richtige Bettdecke. Handtücher waren nur für 2 Personen vorhanden.
Es hat über eine Stunde gedauert bis unsere 4 Kinder eine Schlafgelegenheiten und Handtücher bekamen. Die Betten mussten wir selber beziehen, da das vorhandene Personal dazu nicht in der Lage war. Erst als wir als Eltern Druck gemacht haben wurde sich des Problems überhaupt angenommen. Wir waren erst gegen 3.30 Uhr alle in der Lage schlafen gehen zu können.
Wenn ein Appartement für 4 Erwachsene gebucht und bezahlt wird, wir vorher unsere späte Ankunft ankündigen, den Check-in wegen der Ankunft in der Nacht extra im Voraus erledigen, erwarten wir, dass die Übernachtung vorbereitet ist und wenn das schon nicht funktioniert hat, dass um diese Zeit schnellstens und selbstverständlich Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Ein Entgegenkommen des Hauses für diese erste sehr schlechte Nacht für alle, gab es nicht.
