POSTO TRANQUILLO IN BUONA POSIZIONE, OTTIMA COLAZIONE, STANZA E BAGNO COSI' COSI'
Pros:

la prima cosa che mi è piaciuta tantissimo la colazione , veramente ricca e varia, complimenti.
Ottima la posizione, proprio vicino al centro di Parma.
Personale cortese ma un po' vago, ai clienti prima di noi al check in hanno dato tutte le informazioni di piscina, colazione etc, a noi nulla....

Cons:

non mi è piaciuta molto la piscina perchè dalle foto sembrava molto piu' grande, ne' la stanza che per il prezzo secondo me era veramente minimal, bagno senza finestra nè qualcosa che ricircoli l'aria non si puo' vedere!! Inoltre consiglio di abbassare un po' l'aria condizionata nelle zone comuni, anche troppo.
Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è il parcheggio a pagamento, molto comodo ma nelle altre strutture in cui sono stata il parcheggio è sempre stato compreso.

Posizione comodissima per il centro.

Cons:

Le dotazioni in camera, per essere un 4 stelle, secondo me andrebbero un po' migliorate. Erano presenti solo shampoo bagnoschiuma e sapone. Niente balsamo, crema, nessun kit di cortesia. Bicchieri di carta e nessuno contenitore per spazzolini

Gutes Hotel, wenn man nur eine Nacht in recht zentraler Lage verbringen möchte.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Kopfkissen waren super. Die Klimaanlage war gut und konnte in der Nacht leise gestellt werden.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, insbesondere Toilette, Toilettenbürste, war nicht gut. Im Hotel Flur war der Boden sehr dreckig. Die Fenster waren sicher einige Wochen nicht geputzt. Es prangte ein große Vogelschiss direkt mittig am Fenster. Die Gardinen waren ebenso dreckig.

Net hotel met garage, op loopafstand van de highlights van Parma
Pros:

Prima hotel, in het centrum van Parma op slechts 10 minuten van de snelweg en 10 minuten lopen van de highlights van de stad. Goed voor een tussenstop op weg naar midden Italië. Hotel heeft parkeer garage zodat de auto relatief veilig staat.

Per il costo elevato del pernottamento, mi aspettavo maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. All’ingresso in camera non erano presenti le ciabatte e, alla reception, mi è stato semplicemente risposto che avrei dovuto richiederle. Un servizio che, considerando il livello e il prezzo dell’hotel, mi aspettavo fosse già previsto.
