Pros:

If you arrive at BDL on a late flight and just need to stay for a night before heading to your NE destination, it is a great and affordable option. I've been doing so for years. Quick free shuttle to/from the airport or car rental.

Hasn't returned my security deposit in over 15 days ($109.25).
Pros:

What I liked is not as important as getting my deposit back ($202.25) still pending in my checking account 15 days after checking out.

Cons:

Return my $109.25 deposit as required in a timely manner. The accountant at EconoLodge Inn and Suites at Bradley Airport isn't cooperating with returning my deposit. I have called her several times. She isn't returning my messages now. She only works there on Saturdays. Perhaps the machine that read my card at the front desk isn't working. The pending date to return my funds keeps getting changed from Aug. 17 when I checked out to today's date.

Cons:

I make the reservation for pay in the hotel but the person in front desk say for orden the management I can’t to stay there….. I was with my daughter and granddaughters… that was so rude

If I hadn’t been so tired after a cross country air plane trip, I would have left. Sorry.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was clean.

The room needs to be updated and molding was a mess.

Not a great stay.

Hall carpet was really dirty. The shower was dirty & stained. The bed was uncomfortable. The a/c didn’t work well. We got into the room it was reading 83 degrees, over night it “cooled down” to 77 degrees.

I would have gone to another hotel and paid whatever it cost to stay there if there was anything available.
Pros:

The only thing I can honestly say good about the property was the location it was convenient and the only thing available

Cons:

It was filthy the hallways were disgusting the room smelled musty and old the bathroom was awful dirty and dingy. There was nowhere to get water other than the front desk and they only would accept cash I was so thirsty I had to leave at three in the morning to get water at the gas station because I did not have cash on me. I couldn’t sleep all night because all I could smell was smoke.

If it wasn’t for the screeching bed, I would be back.
Pros:

The staff were all very good. The shuttle driver I had , I wish I knew his name, a big, strong African American man who was patient and so helpful, was especially great. Good recommendations from front desk.

Cons:

My bed, room 202, had a VERY annoying metallic screech whenever I sat, played or moved around on it. That was not OK! Please get that bed replaced now!

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit outdated. It could use some revamping, but overall is fine for a short stay.
