La posizione, anche se stanno costruendo due grattacieli enormi di fianco e alle 16 di pomeriggio e già buio con le piscine senza sole, perché le costruzioni coprono il sole.
La struttura in generale, troppo datata, moquette ovunque nei corridoi, nelle camere con un odore talmente sgradevole che per chi come me è allergico alla polvere, era impossibile convivere. Pulizia superficiale, la moquette della nostra camera in cinque giorni non è mai stata aspirata. Una tripla con una brandina che toccava per terra ed un materasso praticamente inesistente dove i piedi uscivano fuori dal letto. Personale che non parla italiano e non sanno assolutamente consigliarti, abbiamo scoperto dell'esistenza di Brian solo l'ultimo giorno ed è stato l'unico con cui abbiamo potuto interagire. Ambienti comuni molto sporchi, come tavolini e bagni della piscina praticamente inaccessibili. Per la colazione dovevi fare almeno mezz', ora di fila ogni mattina per prendere un tavolo perché dovevano registrati, infatti in 5 giorni siamo riuscite a farla solamente due volte. Un cinque stelle che non può considerarsi tale.

Pristup moru( ali na Malti nema drugacije), sobe su udobne, i prosjecne za 5 zvjezdica, kupatilo ima problema sa odvodom!

Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable room with great facilities, cleanliness, a convenient location, delicious food, and a beautiful sea view.
The main downside was the construction work near the hotel, which was extremely noisy. Closing the balcony door helped reduce the noise, but on one of the nights, we could still hear a low humming sound even with the door completely shut. Unfortunately, the construction noise also made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our time on the beach.
The pillows could also be more comfortable. Although two pillows were provided, using just one felt too flat, while using both was uncomfortable because the second pillow was smaller. It would be much better to have two pillows of the same size.
The position of the property is good as you are away from the madness. But the hotel is going through refurbishment which is welcomed as it’s overdue and tired in some spots. The staff are very good and mostly nothing is too much trouble.
There is a lot of building very
Close by and this can be noisy but in your room you do not hear it. There is no regular pool service you have to go to Oasis but this did change by the end and they were coming out to ask.

staff unfriendly could have upgraded us since it was first time staying there usually we would stay at a Marriott Bonvoy and IHG but this was a mistake

The spa facilities are small but fit for purpose during low season ( October)
The hotel entrance and breakfast restaurant are well designed, tables appropriately spaced and varied breakfast selection
We found the decor of the deluxe twin room with balcony slightly old fashioned as we do not like carpet in bedrooms and the bathroom with shower over bath was quite cumbersome getting in and out of the bathroom with shower when having a shower.
