Toukokuinen loma
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erittäin kattava ja etenkin Maria niminen työntekijä oli loistava. Hän jopa muisti meidän nimet sekä kahvitilauksen.

Huone oli tilava ja lähtöpäivänä saimme toisen huoneen siksi aikaa että lähtisimme lentokentälle myöhemmin, loistava palvelu/late check out! :)

Cons:

Hotelli vaikutti hieman kuluneelta sekä vanhalta. Remontoinnin äänet olivat aika isoja ensimmäisessä huoneessa, mutta saimme onneksi toisen huoneen jonne nämä eivät kuuluneet. Muutenkin Maltalla aikamoiset rakennelmat meneillään eli ei kovin rentouttava äänimaailma esimerkiksi altaalla.

Vastaanoton kanssa keskustelu oli hieman vaikeata heidän vahvan aksenttinsa takia.

Suomalaisena sauna oli hieman pettymys.

Cons:

They are renovating the hotel and drilling and banging from 7.30am all day. Manager came and heard the noise but clearly didn’t care. They offered one other room that was next to a construction site so also noisy and also dusty. We declined. But in their opinion they’d offered something, even though it was worse. We were told owner wanted the renovation then and was not concerned about guests wellbeing. Could not spend any time in the room due to noise. Very unhelpful, did not care at all.
Nothing else special enough in hotel to make up for the discomfort.
Would never stay there again

Great staff, good facilities, nice breakfast

Cons:

Leak in our bathroom for 3 days - nothing major just annoying. Maintenance / house keeping regularly attended the leak.
Construction in the hotel starting as early as 8am

Lots of steps within the property to get to the pools, the major building work going on next door made it dusty and tricky to get to the hotel.
