Gentilezza del personale.
Abbiamo avuto un contrattempo in camera e la struttura si è immediatamente attivata
Camera molto spaziosa
Da evidenziare la pulizia. Se ci fosse stato il modo di assegnare un punteggio extra, lo avrei fatto. Tra le strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato negli ultimi anni, senza dubbio la più pulita.

Cons:

La mancanza del frigo bar nella camera
Probabilmente dovrebbero rinnovare alcuni particolari, suppur va detto che tutto è funzionante e funzionale al soggiorno

Esperienza disastrosa! Non è la prima volta che alloggiamo in questo hotel, ma è di peggio in peggio. La volta precedente abbiamo fatto notare che la pulizia era inaccettabile, ma siamo rimasti. Questa volta hanno raggiunto il massimo dell'indecenza! La stanza era calda bollente, ci saranno stati 30 gradi ed il climatizzatore non funzionava, ma si consegna una camera di albergo d'estate senza che sia stata condizionata? In più il letto era posizionato sopraelevato... 49 gradi! Poi sudicia, la cassaforte senza chiave ed il frigorifero mancante. Il bagno insalubre, da prendersi delle malattie tanto era sporco di muffa! La cucina tutta oleata, grasso dappertutto, i coperchi delle pentole....disgustoso! guardate la foto! Abbiamo fatto notare il tutto alla reception, ci hanno cambiato la camera con le dovute scuse. Ma era uguale! Sporca, senza frigo e senza chiavi della cassaforte, quando sono servizi inclusi è pagati, la giustificazione è stata che tutte le camere erano senza frigorifero perché tutti in manutenzione..... ma valla raccontare ad un altro.... A quel punto ho chiamato Booking.com, i quali si sono intefacciati con la reception. Alla fine hanno accettato la nostra partenza con il rimborso totale del soggiorno. Mai più! È dire che è un 4 stelle, ma c'è qualcosa sotto..... non è possibile che sia un 4 stelle, guardate le foto.... indecente! A mai più e voi, viaggiatori, cercate altro, trovate MOLTO MEGLIO A MOLTO MENO!

A great stay with everything I needed for my work trip.
Pros:

Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Despite my limited Italian, they helped with finding places to eat, and organising travel to the airport. There is a metro station within a 10 minute walk which can be used to get around the city.

Cons:

The locations isn’t ideal if you need to be in the city centre and the selection of close by restaurants is not particularly extensive.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, a due passi da metro e principali servizi. Colazione valida con soluzione anche per intolleranti al glutine.

Cons:

La regolazione della climatizzazione non sembra funzionare, forse perché il sistema é controllato in forma centralizzata (?). La porta d'ingresso é stata visibilmente riparata e non ha permesso la chiusura con le mandate.

Non troppo distante dal comune di Torino, il fatto che il check-out sia fino alle 12:00, e la il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto!
