Location is perfect - close to the metro station. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is helpful
The furniture in the rooms can be updated. The hairdryer is old and not powerful enough to dry hair

La pulizia e l'ambiente silenzioso
A nossa experiência foi muito positiva. O que mais gostámos foi da simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os colaboradores, desde a receção ao restaurante e à equipa de limpeza dos quartos. Estiveram sempre disponíveis para ajudar, com um sorriso e uma atitude acolhedora que fez toda a diferença durante a nossa estadia. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, com variedade e qualidade. A localização também é excelente, com uma estação de metro mesmo ao lado, o que facilita bastante as deslocações. Um serviço verdadeiramente acolhedor que recomendamos.
No geral, a nossa estadia foi muito agradável, mas existem alguns aspetos que poderiam ser melhorados. Os quartos, tanto ao nível do mobiliário como da decoração, parecem um pouco antiquados quando comparados com os espaços comuns, como a receção e o restaurante, que apresentam um ambiente mais moderno e acolhedor. Na casa de banho, a existência de banheira em vez de duche poderá não ser a opção mais prática para alguns hóspedes.
Sentimos também falta de pequenos detalhes que valorizam a experiência, como uma garrafa de água de cortesia no quarto ou uma chaleira com chá e café disponíveis. Quanto ao conforto, a cama revelou-se um pouco dura para o nosso gosto e as almofadas eram demasiado baixas.

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion ya que se encuentra muy cerca del metro y de lugares de interes. El desayuno era optimo, muchas opciones y abundante. El restaurant es increible. El servicio del staff fue de lo mejor.
Que el room service terminaba muy temprano, para personas que viajamos por trabajo, y llegamos despues de las 11pm no es posible que el room service tenga el mismo horario del restaurant, ya que fuera horario y descansar deben darnos opciones para comer algo.

Early check in was not allowed even though it was requested a week in advance. Was asked 50 euro for early check in.
No complementary water/beverage in the room .
The hotel checked us in early for vree. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is just a few meters from the Linea Azul metro station, so getting to main attractions is very easy.
The pillows were flat and a bit hard
