Pleasant, comfortable room with firm beds enabling great sleep each night. Delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice for all tastes. Very helpful and amiable staff on reception who gave good information when needed.
Lack of coffee and tea making facilities (we were told these were only available in premium rooms, although there was a mini bar which is usually more reflective of that standard, so kind of contradictory) Location was a bit further out than we thought so had to get a lot of taxis to and from the centre, however quite conveniently close to the airport. We weren't keen on the pigeons roosting on the ledge outside our windows making it difficult to have the windows open so had to make full use of the air conditioning throughout our stay.

Odalar temiz ve konforluydu. Resepsiyon son derece yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Lobi bar ve restaurant şık, sade ve kaliteli. Otelin otoparkının olması park yeri bulma derdinden kurtarıyor.
Otelin önüne geldiğinizde bir önceki sokaktan girilen otopark güzergahını kaçırırsanız bayağı bir dolaşıyorsunuz.

Conforto, pequeno almoço e staff
Os quartos do hotel precisam uma renovação, fazem contraste com a parte exterior e comum do hotel, o que desanimou. As alcatifas não são muito convidativas, pelo fator higiene. Pedimos cama de casal, mas não nos foi atribuído alegando estarem cheios. O autoclismo da sanita não estava a funcionar bem. Após uma descarga, a água permanecia a correr. Nos quartos não têm sequer uma água de cortesia. Água do chuveiro com pouca potência e o resguardo não protegia da água escorrer para o chão da WC, criando uma poça de água. A TV não funcionava ou pelo menos não a conseguimos ligar. Até o parque de estacionamento é pago (10€).

Del hotel me gustó todo ,lo único que tuvimos un percance me robaron la cartera y me hubiera gustado que me hubieran aconsejado que donde allá multitud bolsos por delante ,eso lo digo para el que valla a ir hay mucho carterista sobre todo en el centro
The overall cleanliness was good and the location is also good given that the local transportation is literally 2-3 minutes of walk. The University of Nova is also closeby
The wifi was extremely bad and the staff was not helpful at all. Given that it is a four star hotel, the staff did not know english and were not helpful in even trying to understand the problem. There was no microwave service upon request as well from the restaurant.
A localização é excelente, ao lado de uma estação de metro e perto de paragens de autocarro. Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo com uma excelente vista e muito confortável. O isolamento acústico é excelente, mesmo sendo próximo a estação de metro e com constante voos passando, o som é muito baixinho e não incomoda nada, as vezes nem se percebe.
