Posizione un po' lontana dal centro, ma c'è una metro a pochissimi passi che ti ci porta.

Le mie lenzuola erano un pochino sporche.
Il lavandino era forse un po' otturato dato che l'acqua non scorreva giù molto bene.
Non c'era il cartello "Do not Disturb" da mettere fuori.. una mattina presto ci siamo sentiti bussare 2 volte per le pulizie

No esta demasiado centrico, pero hay parada de metro justo delante. Lo recomiendo si vas en coche
Grand hôtel continental, chambre confortable et propre, lits confortables, bon compromis avant de prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain mais c'est un peu cher.
Grand bâtiment impersonnel et environs, bof mais nous le savions en réservant.

friendly and attentive staff in the restaurant, remembering my dietary restrictions and preferences for breakfast and dinner (or rather afternoon snacks). the restaurant had a good selection for breakfast despite my dietary restriction.. the room had a nice view and was sound-proofed well so that the hotel being under the flightpath of airplanes and on top of the metro station (praça de espanha) was adequately mitigated (i needed the room to be quiet and cool as i was using it for preparation for my work). upon inquiring about restaurants in the center on the waterfront, i was given a voucher for a free welcome drink in monte mar. hotel dealt well with some unruly teenagers in the room next to me (Portuguese drumming on the walls and chanting (in Spanish! and incorrectly) that Argentina would win the world cup).
hotel hadn't responded to the (3) questions i had sent well in advance through bookings. the bed was rather hard (resulting in a sore spot). extending my stay was a confusing experience with the price depending on the person (3 different ones in the span of a day) i was talking to; on departure the hotel even suggested a mistake had been made and i had to pay extra (related to lisbon's tourist tax) and it took some convincing to dispell their (incorrect) account of what had happened. monte mar was advertised as a mid-price restaurant, but it was not.
