Good hotel for the value
Pros:

Breakfast was good and dinner quality was also good. The restaurant staff were friendly. Room was clean.

Lovely hotel, excellent location next to a metro station for easy access to Lisbon

Cons:

This hotel is very convenient for the airport and happens to be right under the flightpath for landing planes. This was disturbing for the first night, until we got used to it.

Bardzo blisko stacji metra. Dobre śniadania. Głośno przy otwartych oknach od przelatujących samolotów, ale nam się podobało obserwować je z bliska:)

Hospitality of an amazing, welcoming, friendly staff!
The location was great as a via metro station close by one can get to downtown in 20 minutes max. Also hailing a taxi with Bolt back to the hotel is no problem. The area was quiet, the hotel was calm and the connected restaurant Basaltico has verydelicious food with a friendly, attentive staff.

Cons:

The arrangement of the room where the translucent bathroom door is next to one bedside so the limited capacity of my husband’s bladder could occasionally wake me up at some nights.

Pros:

Do gerente noturno. Extremamente proativo e profissional. Estávamos em lua de mel e não ficou satisfeito enquanto não promoveu uma arrumação do quarto de modo receptivo para casal em lua de mel. Um capricho.

Cons:

Acho que para ficar perfeito o breakfast deveria estar incluído. É extremamente completo, para todos os gostos. E o banho no chuveiro nem sempre se mantinha quente, e por várias vêzes ficava frio e voltava a ficar quente (muito quente) no meio do banho.
