Staff was super friendly and helpful the city view from our room was amazing beds was so comfortable and room was so clean absolutely will be staying here again 10/10
My Stay started out fine in the morning as I woke up there was a bug crawling across my bed so I called the front desk and the manager said she felt like it was a Grass hopper so she ask house keepers to change the bed when they pulled the sheets my mattress topper had stains on it and bug dropping on it she wasn't going to change the topper until I asked her to change it manger asked if I wanted to change rooms but I was already settled in my room so I didn't move the next day I was locked in my room and staff couldn't get the door open and had to break the door to get me out I still didn't want to complain so I stayed in the same room I checked in on the 4th and stayed until the 12th on the morning of the 12 manger said I couldn't extend my room because it was sold out and to extend me to that room she would have to upgrade someone's room for me to stay in that room so she would call me back I didn't think it would be any trouble for me to stay in the same room because night staff told me that my door couldn't be fixed until Monday then a call came in on my phone and the lady said she was the general manager and there was anymore room's but booking said there was she proceeded to tell me that it was 12 and I had 30 minutes to leave are they would call the police and they did had had the police remove me from the hotel I've never been so humiliated in my life they told me that they would comp one of the nights and that the money would return to my card it has not but I'm going to get in contact with the corporate office I have pictures of everything.

That one staff had me put my card on file to be charged when no other staff did that to me. And she was very rude AA woman tall.
Location excellent no fresh towels except for the first day had to ask for towel’s and rags and front desk tilde me to come all the way to the front to get it instead of delivering it to me
Poor plumbing shower barely working
Nice area. Close to shopping. Not far from our activities.
The mini fridge in the room did not work. Staff was not helping when trying to find breakfast that was to be at the Marriott.
We didn’t pay for the breakfast option so that didn’t apply.
Our room #317 was clean enough in the bedroom area, but the toilet and shower area has dirt all around the baseboards and there was hair on the floor after the maid came in after our 1st night. Just gross. Was the worst behind the door when you’re sitting on the toilet you see all the dirt. Yuck.

The shower was broken in our initial room, smoke detector was covered with bandages, and the television would black out & shut off when selecting certain channels. We were quickly moved to a new room on the floor of our choosing; however, the new room also consisted of a smoke detector covered with bandages, the fridge was missing a shelf bar making it difficult to store all of our food. I also inquired about the desk chair which was positioned oddly after we had difficulty correcting it. I was told that was “normal”. While my oldest daughter was sitting in the chair it repositioned on its own, luckily she didn’t get hurt.
