Pros:

L accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.
La mise à disposition d une fontaine à eau (pétillante aussi) avec sirop.
Des confiseries et l excédent de viennoiseries mis en libre service
Emplacement excellent, proche de la place Garibaldi avec de bons restaurants, proche du port ...10 minutes à pieds et du vieux nice.
Le long de la voie verte et à côté du musée d art contemporain

Parcheggio sotterraneo, dormi sereno sapendo che il tuo mezzo è al sicuro. Ottima posizione, vicina al centro. Cucinotto in camera ideale per cucinarsi qualcosa, molto adatto a chi ha problematiche alimentari.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo, pochi asciugamani.

prix beaucoup trop cher
De plus vous n'avez pas appliqué de prix promotionnel pour un séjour de 9 jours ce qui n'est pas très commercial
Le prix du parking de 18 euros pour un invité qui n'est resté que la matinée est quand même beaucoup trop élevé.

Excellent location with a variety of cafes and restaurants around. Tram and bus stops nearby. Aparthotel itself was basic. Staff was disinterested. Amenities inside the studio were alright. Price was expensive - paid for the location.

Cons:

Stained carpets in the hallway, staff did not seem friendly, seemed disinterested. Did not refill basics like toilet paper. Reception staff were lost in their own world.

The cleanliness was below expectations and needs a lot of improvement, especially the bathroom was a major disappointment. It did not smell clean, there was noticeable dampness and humidity, and it was not comfortable or practical to use. Better attention to cleanliness would greatly improve the overall experience.

La posizione è eccezionale da tanti punti di vista. Si tratta di una struttura collocata al centro della città e ben collocata rispetto ai trasporti
