I would definitely choose this hotel to stay in if I return to Zagreb.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located to main square and access to many tourist attractions and public transport. It was very comfortable and clean. Despite is proximity to everything it was very quiet inside the hotel.

地點超好非常棒
Pros:

地點超好，就在耶拉洽其廣場旁邊，Zagreb的知名景點走路皆可到達。房間有翻新過，所以住起來相當舒適。早餐種類很多，可以邊吃早餐邊看廣場邊人來人往，超推薦！

Cet hotel n'est pas un 4 étoiles, il l'a déjà été mais certe pas en 2026 !
Cons:

La première chambre ressemblait à celle de v'là 15 ans. Les mêmes tapis mais sales, les rideaux incroyablement sales. La deuxième chambre, une belle vue MAIS matelas tâché de sang, le tapis tellement sale que les pantoufles blanches étaient noires dans le temps de le dire et aucune pression d'eau dans la douche. Ah oui et lors de notre premier déjeuner, tout ce qui était sucré non couvert était infesté de petites mouches. La dame qui servait a eu le réflexe de nous dire que c’est normal car le sucre les attirait. Épouvantable! Nous sommes sortis les 2 autres matins et nous n'avons pas profité des déjeuners inclus. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel même si il est très bien situé et qu'en rentrant il semble propre, les chambres sont vraiment pas propres.

An absolute 12/10 experience!
Pros:

My first stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, even for just a single night. The location is perfect, right in the city center and just steps away from the Old Town. The room was both spacious and comfortable, featuring a great view of the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was diverse, with very generous serving hours. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and helpful. As we arrived ahead of schedule, they kindly held our bags so we could immediately explore the city. The on-site parking within the pedestrian zone was incredibly convenient. A well-deserved 12/10! I highly recommend this hotel.
