One of the best hotel in Old town Tallinn
Pros:

Super comfort hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms comfortable. The staff is friendly. Breakfast very very good. The special attention is a restaurant. We had there the best dinner in our trip.

Localização, no coração do centro histórico, quarto grande e confortável, café da manhã variado e delicioso, e funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos.

Only the location

Cons:

1. The staff at the reception was quite rude. We tried to check-in in order to be able to go to our city tour and they told us that we needed to wait to go through a long process. We have already checked in online but they said that they haven’t received anything and we needed to do the process again.
2. At the breakfast they give you a menu where if you order certain dishes they are charging you extra even if the breakfast is included in the price that you have already paid. They never mentioned this to us so we needed to pay extra at the check in.
3. The dishes at the breakfast were quite cold when they arrive and it takes ages to bring your food.
4. The rooms are tiny. We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child) and we couldn’t move. This is a disgrace for a hotel that is charging €400 per night !!!

Cons:

No tienen ni ascensor. En el check out fueron muy desagradables e insistentes al pasarme 5 minutos. Por ese precio a otro lado mejor.

Heerlijk ontspannen !
Pros:

Perfecte locatie centraal gelegen in de stad, Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je voelt je meteen welkom bij een drankje aan het haardvuur. Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt met ook hier een goede service. Ook een uitstekend restaurant voor het avondeten.

Our Hotel of Choice in Tallinn
Pros:

If I recall correctly, this was already our fifth stay at this lovely hotel in recent years. It boasts an excellent location in Tallinn’s Old Town. The hotel’s historic building and interiors are filled with eye-catching details. The staff’s service—clearly the result of focused training and customer service management—is friendly and attentive without ever feeling forced or over-the-top. It will certainly be our hotel of choice for our next visit to Tallinn as well.
