A lovely place to stay in the heart of Hangzhou. The family room was enormous and had views of the ancient street below. We felt very welcome on arrival, and even were given some some suggestions for eating out nearby. I cannot think of a better location to explore the city, and it is also easy to reach the lake and its many sights. Also, there are many tea rooms and cafes in the same Dajing Alley that are absolutely fantastic.
The bed was very hard, almost like an orthopaedic mattress. A little fridge in the room would be nice, though the air conditioning was very good. Sadly, there were no laundry facilities. No breakfast options either, but there are lots of places nearby. Cars cannot reach the hotel, so you must walk a couple hundred metres with your luggage from the Drum Tower -do bear that in mind.
Bai was the perfect consummate host! I felt so warmly welcomed. The location was perfect- close to shopping, food, temples and historical buildings and transportation. The cafe below was perfect for breakfast and a coffee drink(excellent cafe lattes and pour over/drip is their specialty).

The location is phenomenal. Best street in the town great to get places as well. The room is a respite as well. Having a delicious coffee watching the world go by on the amazing street beneath.
The bed was a little firm... Like really firm. But the room facilities are amazing
Fantastisk plassering, fantastisk rom! Virkelig flott og stort rom, inngang rett fra gågaten. Fin utsikt. Store og myke senger. Elsket det! Skulle ønske vi ble her lenger. Kommer tilbake neste gang igjen! Spiste Michelin dumplings til lunsj like i nærheten.
Litt vanskelig å forstå hvor det ligger og hvor man skal be DiDi slippe deg av. Ring verten og få hjelp! Vi gikk bare fra Drumtower.

The bed is hard because is like Japanese style, so if you like Tatami than is ok.
The room is about a cafe and the cigarettes smell had come in the night time
地理位置一流，周围有很多好吃的小店，交通也很方便。
可以考虑在洗手间镜子下面加一个小台子，方便女孩子放一些瓶瓶罐罐。另外如果房间里有一面全身镜子就更好啦。
