Pros:

The location is great, the lobby is beautiful, and most of the staff were very nice. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The front desk staff needs better training. I wanted to extend my stay and asked the receptionists, Ice and Liu, for specific dates and a room, but they said there were no available rooms. A few hours later, I contacted the next shift, and they easily helped me book a few more nights in the same room.

Great people & hospitality
Pros:

It was nice to stay here as location is perfect and they provided free parking for guest who drive.

Happy hour was simple but good enough especially when you had the chocolate fondue before that!

Last but not least, thankful to Khun Nuchy! I will definitely come back!

A hotel to return to.
Pros:

Super location and very walkable to nearby markets and attractions. The staff were super friendly and the foyer was nice and cool on arrival. Taxis were very easy to get.

Cons:

Noisey customers on our floor which is not the fault of the hotel.

As an Accor Diamond guest, I got suite room upgrade, happy hour 2 hours free flow drink and light bites.
Shout out to Nuchy that taking good care of my stay! She remember my name and make sure everything is okay during my stay and also share with me where to explore.
I do recommend this hotel, totally value for the money and great sleep.

Movenpick is my hotel of choice in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Careful with the hot water!! The breakfast selection was immense and covered all tastes.
The location was superb, right next to the bustling night market and many options to eat and drink.
The taxi and events booking office was very helpful.
I particularly liked the chocolate fountain at 4pm every day!

Nothing I can think of.
