Top kamer, prima ontbijt, slechte check-in!
Pros:

Prachtige kamer voor overnachting met kids!

Cons:

Lange wachttijd bij inchecken omdat het betaal systeem eruit lag. Stond om 20.30 met 2 kleine kinderen 25 minuten te wachten zonder dat ik uitleg kreeg, ronduit schandalig.
zalm was iets te droog

We vonden het zeer teleurstellend. We hadden een Primiium kamer maar dan nog…..

De kamer was niet koel te krijgen.
Bij het hoge tarief van de kamer ook nog moeten betalen voor de parking is vreemd.
Het buffet was smakeloos en weinig divers.
Het ontbijt was ook niet echt lekker.

Verblijf zeer comfortabel ondanks de grote hitte buiten.
Pros:

Met 40 graden buiten was het klimaat binnen heerlijk. Auto is goed te parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats. Het avond eten was goed en voorheen pret tig prijs.
We hebben uitstekend geslapen.

Nichts, der Aufenthalt hat nicht stattgefunden

Cons:

Das mit Sicherheit am schlechtesten erreichbare Hotel. Wenn anruft, landet man auf einem Sprachcomputer, der einen vermitteln will. Dann klingelt es drei mal und das Gespräch ist beendet. Das zu unterschiedlichen Zeit über den Rag verteilt.
Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Ich wollte den Aufenthalt verlängern, es ist mir nicht gelungen, da ich niemanden erreicht habe.

Goed hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer.
Airco op de kamer kon de warmte (al meerdere dagen 35+) niet echt aan. Maar gordijnen waren bij aankomst dicht om zoveel mogelijk zonnewarmte tegen te houden

Cons:

Jammer dat er betaald moet worden voor parkeren (17 euro per dag)

Le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

Encore une fois, on ne me donne pas la facture car elle est envoyée par mail, et encore une fois j'envoie un message pour la réclamer car je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

een hotel met goede voorzieningen. Dichtbij doorgaande autoweg naar Zwitserland.

Fijn hotel op goede locatie nabij uitvalswegen
Pros:

We hebben dit hotel geboekt als tussenstop tijdens onze doorreis van Italië naar Nederland. Een fijne locatie, dichtbij de uitvalswegen, waardoor het ideaal is voor een overnachting onderweg.
Het hotel is mooi, schoon en beschikt over ruime parkeergelegenheid. Er is ook een restaurant aanwezig, wat erg prettig is na een lange reisdag. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes, met comfortabele bedden.

Pros:

Perfektní hotel na přespání, pokud jedete po dálnici okolo Karlsruhe. Dálnice výborně odhlučněná, v pokojích není vůbec slyšet.

Cons:

Je zvláštní, že poslední dobou bývají prázdné minibary v pokojích hotelů, které se prezentují jako 4*.

Almost perfect!

Lack of A/C efficiency….The A/C is absolutely useless, as it doesn’t produce any cooling….just noise….it sounds like it is working, but it doesn’t ☹️
