A localização.

Cons:

Organização do serviço e do atendimento.
No primeiro dia verifiquei que o lençol estava manchado e tive que solicitar a troca.
No segundo dia não foi feita a limpeza do quarto nem a retirada do lixo do banheiro.
Quando informei a única resposta foi que a situação seria informada à gerencia, sem nenhuma forma de compensação pela transtorno.
Por ultimo, quando solicitei um recibo da estadia dividido em dois para que eu e minha colega pudéssemos apresentar na universidade, foi dito que seria necessário consultar a gerência.

Pros:

Limpeza, organização e café da manhã. Fiquei apenas 1 diária. Mas foi surpreendente. Excelente café da manhã, com diversidade de opções, comida saborosa e funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Faltou energia e não tinha gerador. Alguns hóspedes ficaram esperando energia voltar.

A impressão que me deu e que falta gestão neste estabelecimento.

Atenção da equipe de atendimento de checkin do hotel. Todos muito prestativos.

Cons:

Por duas vezes o quartonão foi arrumado. Quando retornei de passeio tive que reclamar e aguardar que fizessem a arrumação. As toalhas são de pésima qualidade (muito finas). Lampada queimada no corredores. Luz do quarto ao desligar permanecia acessa (não se apagava por completo). Apesar do esforço da equipe da cozinha o café da manhã fica a dever. Alguem tem que informar que pão de queijo não se põe para aquecer. Ele mucha. O pessoal me informou que essa era uma oritentação do gerente do hotel. Lamentável.

Pros:

Funcionários bem treinados e competentes, seja da recepção, limpeza, café... O quarto ébem confortável e tem uma vista linda. Hotel bem localizado.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto não estava boa, várias lâmpadas não acendiam. Tem cozinha mas não tem seguer um talher. A porta da sacada abre com dificuldade. Havia água no ofurô e não sei se foi limpo anteriormente.
