Pros:

We stayed here for a company team building trip and everyone absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, staff were amazing and helpful, and the food was really good. I’d say this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to in Tunisia

Séjour assez bien dans l’ensemble l’entretient des chambre laisse à désirez il faut courir après les agents pour leur ex
Pros:

Le lit dans la chambre ainsi que les piscines la plage la seule personne à qui je souhaite spécialement remercier il est d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse c’est Mohamed l’agent qui travaille à partir de 15h au soir à qui on peut demander n’importe quoi à n’importe quel moment pendant son service il circule dans les étages pour voir si l’on manque de rien.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ni dans le hall très peu on suffoquait ni dans le restaurant alors que le critère premier dans un hôtel en été c’est la climatisation si j’avais su j’aurais annuler mon séjour dommage

L'hôtel idéal pour passer des vrais vacances.
Pros:

Tout était impeccable surtout le comportement de personnel en exception Aziz guest service.

Cons:

Les deux piscines sont petites. Il n'y a pas assez des arroseurs de rinçage au nivaux des piscines.

Un séjour de qualité !!! Merci à l’ensemble du personnel.
Pros:

Excellent séjour, un accueil chaleureux de la part de l’ensemble du personnel. Tout était très bien, propreté, confort impeccable, disponibilité du personnel, service excellent des serveurs en bord de mer. Animation au top. Buffet variés. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Pros:

La piscine pour les enfants , l’emplacement

Cons:

L’eau du robinet qui n’est pas bonne qu’on doit chercher nous mêmes , sous prétexte que les bouteilles en plastiques sont bannies des iberostar par contre ils donnent des bouteilles en plastiques pour les boissons sucrées ????! Le buffet était moins varié que l’année dernière et le service moins accueillant que les années passées c’est dommage …. Prix excessif par rapport au produit . A ce prix là tout doit être irréprochable

Tout absolument tout était parfait

Voyage de noces
Voyage hyper romantique hyper confortable hyper amusant et les ruines romaines de carthage sont exceptionnelles
J y reviendrais inchallah très très souvent si le bon dieu me le permet.
Pas de discothèque endroit assez familial pour les musulmans qui sont pas extrémiste
