Nice property, well located with nice comfy rooms. Our cleanjng lady was the best
Mediocre food, bad attitude in some of the front desk employees.
Just came back from a wonderful stay at Iberostar Diar El Andalous in Sousse and I truly had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly maintained, exactly the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for.
What made the stay even more special was the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff — always warm, attentive and genuinely caring. Thank you for making this trip such a calm and enjoyable escape. I will keep very good memories of it!
Amazing customer service!
We were amazed by the all staff, from the animation team, cleaning team to the restaurant staff! They are there for you and really make everything possible for you to have a wonderful stay!
A special thank for Hamdi from the restaurant who was always there for us! But also for Sam and all the animation team and Abdelaziz from the restaurant, always smiling and making sure everything was okey during our stay.
The infrastructure was good! Amazing beach, good swimming pool and great bars!

The rooms are a bit outdated.
We were 3 couples and the 3 safes in our rooms didnt work when we checked in.
Some couple things could be improved in the look and facilities.
Amazing location close to the beach, Good breakfast, staff specially Hamdi and massages are cheap and good
They have a restaurant that serves Tunisian and Italian cuisine but it’s not worth it… it just feels like an extension of the buffet with a fancier environment.
Cheap quality of alcohol, The food at the buffet specially the lunch and dinner becomes repetitive after a couple of days… same flavors and types of food.
L’accueil et les services
The property location is good , the hotel is clean , the cleaning lady was really nice (nadjwa) we stayed in Star prestige rooms . It was lovely she was kind and serving . The food was good ( deserts not so much to choose ) but that was fine.
However , there is one thing i wanted to highlight about the stuff
In general (service stuff , reception… were nice) but there was 2 or 3 men ( one man serving in the restaurant outside area and another one in the snack bar underneath the restaurant) were ( sorry for the word) racist . We noticed they were treating foreign people very nicely but being very rude , very rude to arabs ( the moment we started talking in arabic ) they completely changed attitude (one of them even refused to serve us at the table ) and gave really mean’ looks
The hotel is very nice , and it was not the fist time we stay at Iberostar collection ( hopefully not the last) but it would be very recommended to overlook the stuff attitude. Thank you very much for the service we enjoyed it this time (6 out of 10)

Tha beach , it’s huge.
The pool is cold . The diner room is not open it’s like an aquarium and very loud.
En général, je n’apprécie pas ce type de gros établissement mais force est de constater que je m’y suis sentie très bien.
La localisation en bord de mer est très agréable, les extérieurs sont bien aménagés, les deux piscines sont très jolies, on peut vraiment se reposer (pas d’ambiance bruyante), les plats du restaurant sont très diversifiés et frais, le spa et les massages sont au top.
Une très belle surprise. Cerise sur le gâteau, le personnel est adorable!!
Mais le plus beau, c’est le grand Sud Tunisien….! Magique! Alors, ne restez pas trop longtemps dans le Nord!

S’est vraiment un très bel hôtel et avec un personnel exceptionnel. Aucune fausse note, je recommande fortement et ont y retournera.
L’emplacement, à côté du golf et de la plage et proche du port est en plus idéal. Un grand bravo
