The carpet of our apartment was very dirty. It was vlear that it was not properly washed in some time.

Gostamos muito do pessoal da recepção, muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto H4 e tinha problemas da sanita, não evacuava os resíduos devidamente, mas depois trocamos para H12.

The only thing I liked was the views and the location.

Cons:

Everything other than the location we did not like. The reception was extremely bad. The apartment. Number 16 was in a poor condition. The carpet are not in good shape. The kitchen drawers are loose. The water ceiling fire spray are broken. We got sick on the sushi. The restaurant manager gave us no help. I did not get a refund for our bad sushi. We left the hotel without staying the one night . Not a good experience at all.

Pros:

The location was splendid, fantastic access to an external garden and play area for the little one, as well as a short distance to the beach. The room was adequate, spacious and the lounge bed was made up for our little one when we arrived. We were pleasantly excited by being able to watch the rugby in our room.

Cons:

The decor in the room was dated, and there was a strange smell to the room, which could have been better cleaned.

Cons:

Even with the wall heater it was still cold in the apartment.
And bedding wasn't enough for the cold.
Front door locking mechanism doesn't work properly.

booking.com messed up the booking

Cons:

Booking.com knew we were a family and still they booked us in 2 separate rooms, which was inconsiderat to expect us to sleep separately from the kids. We all had to squeeze into one apartment that was meant for two adults.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay will book again
Pros:

The setting is magnificent. The units are all self catering allowing guests options in meeting their needs

Cons:

The food and food choices not the best, not in keeping with the hotel. No toasted sandwiches or breakfast options on the room service menu. Only the fish was really good.

Piekny widok, w rzeczywistości znacznie lepiej, niż na zdjęciach. Będzie dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. Restauracja z pięknym widokiem na Table Mountain, serwuje m.in. pyszne owoce morza. Plaza przy domku. Pokój duży, przestrony, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.

Disappointing with potential to be great if refurbished and maintenance issues were attended to.

The Location was great. Close to the sea and good mountain views
The porter was helpful and friendly
Our dinner experience at The Blowfish restaurant was very good- great food.

Cons:

The Cabana is very old and outdated- especially the bathroom. It needs a serious refurbishment. The lighting from the Cabana to the restaurant at night was very poor and falling was a high possibility.
The building requires maintenance and upgrading- the sliding door to reception was broken and could not be used

Beautiful location and perfect view
Pros:

Wonderful location, the best view in the world, comfortable accommodation, nice restaurant. Nice to be able to get an early check-in and/or late check-out.

Cons:

We paid for early check-in, but the room was not ready. And they were painting the porch the whole afternoon on the only day we had sunshine.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great stuff and easy check in process.

Cons:

Nothing. It's by far, my best hotel in Cape Town. I wouldn't mind sleeping here even if my destination would be an hour away the next day.
