The Location was great. Close to the sea and good mountain views

Our dinner experience at The Blowfish restaurant was very good- great food.
The Cabana is very old and outdated- especially the bathroom. It needs a serious refurbishment. The lighting from the Cabana to the restaurant at night was very poor and falling was a high possibility.
The building requires maintenance and upgrading- the sliding door to reception was broken and could not be used
Wonderful location, the best view in the world, comfortable accommodation, nice restaurant. Nice to be able to get an early check-in and/or late check-out.
We paid for early check-in, but the room was not ready. And they were painting the porch the whole afternoon on the only day we had sunshine.

Nothing. It's by far, my best hotel in Cape Town. I wouldn't mind sleeping here even if my destination would be an hour away the next day.
The space of the room and the balcony.

Fantastic location. Great resturant, most beautiful beach. Perfect if you have little kids to play. Make sure you book a ocean view. Definitely one of my favorites in Blouberg will return as often as I can.
Out bathroom wasn't cleaned well. We had to request to have it cleaned properly before we can use the bath.

There was a loud noise the whole of Saturday night, to the extent that we did not sleep at all. This was very bad as my husband had an athletics' event on Saturday and was extremely tired afterwards. He sat on the couch the whole night. The reception said it was workings outside the property and was there the previous night as well. The municipality is supposed to inform residents. And the reception should have warned us about this.
Excellent staff and fantastic location with beautiful views. Check-in and out was a breeze. Basement parking very convenient.
Maintenance work on the stoep not completed. Cups were not clean I had to wash it myself - but it might just have been an oversight.
The location and landscape
Room was cold, the fan heater couldnt help. Better providing aircon, knowing that you are located at the sea

The room was a disgrace. TV tiny with Harley any available channel. A large lounge with no furniture and very cold and uninviting
The accommodation was comfortable and in a great location, with shopping malls close by. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient and made meals easy. My only suggestion would be to provide bath sheets instead of standard bath towels, as they would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation.
The hotel is old and it’s clear that very little maintenance or upgrades have taken place over the years. Unfortunately they rely on the fact that their location is beautiful with the view of Table Mountain. We won’t stay there again.
Dinner
Arrived there just after 14:00 as check in clearly shows from 14:00. When I wanted to check in i was told they still busy getting the room ready. Only booked in at 14:20. Reception staff thought it was funny because I had to wait.
Convenient check in quickly needed accommodation quickly
Out dated and for the price, plugs didn't all work. Fan rusted, heating panel didn't quite warm the room.
