Pros:

The photos on Booking.com are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. The garden is completely neglected, and the entire area around the hotel, including the greenery and outdoor infrastructure, is in a very poor and neglected condition.
This is the first time I have experienced such a huge difference between the photos on Booking.com and reality. The photos present the property as very attractive, while the reality is completely different, which is very disappointing.

Non ci è piaciuta la stanza, che abbiamo trovato piuttosto datata, così come i letti. Soprattutto, abbiamo trovato davvero insufficiente lo spazio per riporre la biancheria e gli indumenti, considerando tutto ciò che normalmente si porta con sé durante una vacanza.

Lo spazio disponibile è veramente molto scarso e poco funzionale, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di una struttura a 4 stelle. Nel complesso, ci aspettavamo decisamente di più.

Das war super! Wie kommen nächstes Jahr wieder
Pros:

Wir kommen bereits zum vierten Mal ins Hotel de la Ville und fühlen uns hier jedes Mal sehr wohl. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt – zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig, obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs liegt.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, und das Frühstück war wieder einmal sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Besonders möchten wir uns bei Zimmer Mädchen Anastasia und der Kellnerin Svetlana bedanken. Sie hat sich beim Frühstück wunderbar um uns gekümmert und war stets sehr aufmerksam und herzlich.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! ❤️

Cons:

Da nicht jedes Zimmer über einen Balkon verfügt, gibt es leider nur begrenzte Möglichkeiten, nasse Strandkleidung zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Per esempio il fatto che in un 4stelle s caffe'capuccio ecc si debba prendere alla macchinetta, inoltre qualora si fosse desiderata una spremuta o anche altro, si doveva pagare un extra di 3 euro.... Allora va bene in una pensione, ma risulta un orrore in un 4 stelle superior.... Orrore come direbbe Bruno Barbieri a 4 hotel.

La posizione è ottima, si è a 5 minuti a piedi da Viale Ceccarini ma in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso.
La spiaggia si trova a 10 minuti a piedi con, volendo, strutture balneari convenzionate.
Teli da spiaggia sempre disponibili.

Colazione abbondante ricca di dolce e salato.
Parcheggio interno alla struttura molto comodo, nella prima settimana di settembre al costo di € 18,00.

Cons:

Camere piccole, senza un armadio o mensole per riporre i propri indumenti.
Era presente solo un piccolo spazio per appendere alcuni vestiti corti.
Il materasso della stanza 204 è scomodissimo, si sentivano le molle sul corpo.
Il portacarta igienica è posizionato vicinissimo al wc dando fastidio soprattutto a chi è alto.
Poca luce in bagno, soprattutto la sera se si ha bisogno di truccarsi.

Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das Personal war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die beiden Pools waren sehr angenehm und es hat Spaß gemacht, Zeit in dem Hotel zu verbringen. Gerne wieder 👍

Cons:

Vielleicht sollten mal ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen durchführen aber das ist kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt.
