Great hotel....super friendly staff!!
Pros:

We were able to check in early. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bed was really comfy. Loved the shower with the barn door style glass door. Very nice!!!

Cons:

The only thing was we had to leave! LOL No complaints!!

Short and sweet overnight sleep
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, although for me, on a restricted diet, the available breakfast burrito did not fit. The property is nice, the convenience items in the little store were very nice (although very expensive), but when you arrive at 1 am, expensive is a lot better than nothing. All in all, the quality of the room was great, but MFR was the tail-end of a 4 city circuit and it's very obvious that everything dropped a level from the facilities in the bigger cities, although the price was higher. The walking distance from the airport's door ... was amazing.

Cons:

The price-value ratio was not what I would have liked. Everything was much more expensive compared to the Marriott property I stayed by SFO a few days earlier, where the hotel was much newer, the onsite food was much nicer; although the friendlier staff at MFR was a nice change. Really the only thing I didn't like was how everything was so much more expensive.

Short distance for a short stay
Pros:

I loved how close it is to the airport, but for a quick overnight stay it was ok. If my business wasn’t paying, I would have walked another 300 yards to the next hotel at near half the price.

Cons:

It’s so expensive compared to everything around them

Pleasant, comfortable, clean, and close to the airport!!
Pros:

I was not able to enjoy the breakfast. I had to leave for the airport. I so appreciated the free shuttle to the airport and the 3:30 AM start of the shuttle was perfect from my arrival at the airport.

Cons:

Nothing... everything was perfect for what I needed.

All was good! Except the tub!😞
Pros:

Spacious room. Loved the grab and go in the lobby, I had a good Turkey sandwich, 🥪 and was grateful, as it was late and I was ready to eat something!

Cons:

I had asked for a bathtub room and I got one but I would never sit in the one I got as it had peeling tub material. The glaze was coming off all over. I Was disappointed! I had planned for a hot soak in the tub.

Pros:

Best location for the Medford airport - within a short walk!

Cons:

My favorite hotels have truly fragrance-free sheets and towels. This hotel has improved its cleaning products, but there still was a slight fragrance in sheets and towels, but improved from prior stays. I still plan to stay here every time that I need an early flight out of Medford airport. It is so convenient!

Disappointed with the anti U.S. military veteran policy. The room was nice and I enjoyed the couch.
Pros:

A little loud upstairs but in all, it was a nice night.

Cons:

BIG PROBLEM! I asked if there was a veterans discount and for the first time in my life I was told no. I booked via Trivalgo because they claim lower rates. I was told the rate was the same and they do give veterans discounts but because I booked via Trivalgo, they couldn't/wouldn't give a vet discount. If this is common treament for U.S. veterans, I will never use an online booking company again!

Pros:

Staff delightful. Small "bistro" inside quite good. Given good room location: near elevator to make luggage distance less.

Cons:

Pretty generic and cookie-cutter'ed, but Marriott must have found its standardized recipe.
