We had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Vesuvio and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. The hotel has great potential, and the staff was kind and welcoming.

Cons:

there are a few things that we believe should be improved, especially considering the hotel standard:
No coffee or tea facilities in the room, and not even hot water available.
No complimentary bottled water in the room.
No tissue box provided.
A large full-size mirror in the room would be very useful for guests and families.

Maravilloso Hotel
Pros:

Excelente las instalaciones del hotel , los dormitorios amplios , maravillosas vistas al mar , exquisito el sector de piscina , bellos jardines . Lo mejor, es que disponen de bus de acercamiento desde y hacia Sorrento en horarios establecidos. Volvería nuevamente!

员工服务都很好，很热情也有耐心，所有客房服务都特别亲切。房间宽敞舒适，泳池很舒适，花园也很美丽

Cons:

班车相对而言有一点少，如果不能13:00前到达班车点就要16:30才能有班车到酒店，对入住当天来说不大友好。床铺清洁有瑕疵，希望阳台可以有灯

Elegáns környezet, segítókész személyzet, kitúnöen megszervezett túrák , taxi szolgáltatás.

A reggeli kielégítő volt, a felszolgálás és az édes sütemények kitúnóek voltak.

Cons:

Az előre elkészitett ételek sajnos kihűltek, Barna kenyeret sajnos nem találtunk.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

The location was peaceful, amazing scenery, with a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. The hotel had a shuttle bus at regular intervals to take you to and back from Sorrento town. The rooms were clean and our balcony overlooked Lemon trees as well as woodland. We were on half board, the service and food was exceptional, with a change of menu every evening. A special credit to the staff who were attentive and respectful, so important.

Fabulous stay !
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Restaurant fab All the staff throughout the hotel very professional. Rooms immaculate. I’ve never slept as well whist away than here. Lovely young waiter serving in the bar in the evening is a credit to the hotel
The shuttle bus into Sorrento is an added bonus. Always on time We asked for a kettle for our room and had one delivered straight away
We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Sorrento

Die Amalfi Küste ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Eine gut gelegene ruhige Unterkunft mit einem tollen Blick vom Balkon zum Vesuv und auf den Golf von Neapel. Zu Fuß lässt sich das Stadtzentrum aufgrund fehlender Fußwege schlecht erreichen. Der hoteleigene Shuttlebus bringt die Gäste aber regelmäßig in wenigen Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Das große, saubere Zimmer war zwar etwas „einfach“ eingerichtet aber trotzdem zweckmäßig und mit großem TV-Gerät mit deutschen Sendern versehen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut sind die Parkmöglichkeiten für den eigenen PKW. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Die Amalfi Küste, Capri und Neapel sind für Ausflüge mit Schiffen gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Abwechslung am Frühstücksbuffet wäre angenehm. Auch erwarte ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel eigentlich eine bodentiefe Dusche. Schwimmen war im großen Pool leider aufgrund der Temperaturen noch nicht möglich.
