while the staff was kind and attentive, the property itself felt outdated. Several areas clearly need maintenance. My room had a broken door, and the towels were old and worn, which isn’t what you expect from a hotel in this category. With some updates and better upkeep, it could offer a much better experience.

The Relations Manager was very helpful (Ms. Hatima)
Location was excellent
Food was good and the breakfast spread was very good.

Cons:

The Air conditioner in the room needs to be cooling better
The curtains were not properly fixed
Maintenance can be improved and the maintenance staff can be better trained.
Even the plumbing needs improvement

Pros:

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Hivernage. Die Lage im der modernen Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und die Fussdistanz zur Medina waren perfekt. Der Service an der Rezeption, beim Concierge zur Organisation von Ausflügen, der Service im Restaurant und der Zimmerservice waren sehr freundlich und extrem kompetent. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort eine Woche zu wohnen und Marrakesh zu erkunden. Alles perfekt.

Great location! Breakfast was okay, but there was construction work going on which started at 11am on one day and the following day, they started drilling at 9:30am. They had to move our rooms, but it disrupted our sleep.

Un séjour très agréable dans un cadre moderne et accueillant
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la propreté des lieux. L’établissement est moderne et très agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable.

Cons:

Honnêtement, tout était très bien. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le prix, que j’ai trouvé un peu élevé.
