ontbijt erg uitgebreid!
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Zwembad niet erg groot en werd in de middag in beslag genomen voor kinderactiviteiten. Voor de kids erg leuk!

De kamer was erg gedateerd. Douchen in bad. Wanneer je oud of minder goed ter been bent is het niet fijn om in bad te moeten stappen om te kunnen douchen.
Er was maar een lift, hierdoor moest je regelmatig lang wachten.

Location was good with kids, Staff overalls were good, apart from the few exceptional
The rooms were extremely dirty, the breakfast was basic and same stuff everyday I'm, very limited choice.
You can not bring any food or drinks from outside the hotel, just want you to use the inhouse shop and services which are heavily over priced.
With kids it very difficult just to use there internal shops and kids want different variation.
The hotel is dated know needs a complete revamping and modernisation.
It's rated a 4 star ⭐ but in my opinion it's a 3 star ⭐ setting.
It was just what i was anticipating
I was well happy with everything
The hotel looks beautiful and very well-maintained from the outside, but the interior and rooms need significant renovations to truly match a 4-star standard. In my opinion, it feels more like a 3-star hotel.
The room we received did not look like the one advertised on the website. The furniture was old, there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room, and the bathroom shower curtain did not feel very hygienic.
The staff was generally polite and friendly. However we had instances where we asked if we could pay by card, only to be given vague answers and then being unable to do so.
Furthermore, some staff members were hassling us during breakfast or when just passing by them to sell us their activities / tours despite a few polite refusals.
Another downside is the tap water not being drinkable. Instead of providing water filters or free bottled water, the hotel had a shop with overpriced bottled water. That, combined with their rule of being unable to bring drinks / food from outside the hotel meant that you'd be obligated to pay extra to even brush your teeth.
Overall the hotel location is great and had a decent atmosphere, but it's far behind the 4-star rating, and the practice of profiting off of their own problems left us with the desire to never visit again.
No words to say
Poor service
The hotel is old style, a bit faded but with an impressive atrium. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer.
The pool bar and pool staff are very helpful and there is no problem getting a lounger any time of the day. The reception staff are great and so are the housekeeping staff who always greet you with a smile. The entertainment staff are also very friendly and keep the children and adults entertained. Live music on in the evenings.
The pool is a good size and the pool area is very pleasant.
The location is great, right on the beach and close restaurants just a 100 yards on the right from rear hotel exit. Italian, Moroccan, Spanish style steakhouse and Thai, which are all excellent. If you walk for 10 minutes further along the beach there are more bars and restaurants including some fast food; Pizza Hut, KFC and McDonalds. All very cheap compared to European prices.
Directly opposite the front of the hotel are shops for drinks, ice creams,, souvenirs etc.
Off licence, pharmacy, low fee ATM are a 10 minute walk up the hill past these shops.
The hotel compares poorly to all the other 4 star hotels that front on to the beach. Many I have stayed in over the years which are all better and often cheaper, even before this hotels extra charges.
WiFi outside of reception is almost non existent, even then you struggle to make a WhatsApp call in reception with the WiFi dropping out.
This hotel is poor value for money when compared with other local 4 star hotels, because of the strict hotel policies aimed at charging guests for things which most other hotels would provide free of charge.
Extra charges not mentioned when you book;
Room tea coffee (no kettle) therefore need to be ordered through room service.
No complementary room water not even on arrival. Room service only
Room safe code extra charge.
Sauna charge 170 MAD (£14) for 30 minutes.
Pool towels charge/ deposit.
The drinks are expensive at 40MAD (over £3) for a small beer. Other hotels charge about 25MAD.
You are not allowed to take any food or drink out of the restaurants. I like to take a coffee and a pastry out from breakfast but this is not allowed and you will be challenged by staff. You have to order through room service at an extra charge. The signs claim it’s for hygiene reasons but it that makes no sense if you can order from room service (for a price).
The hotel will stop you bringing any food or drink into the hotel, not even a bottle of water. This is rigorously enforced by the security guard on the front door and is almost comical. See the photo of the sign they point to as you enter the hotel. They will even come out to see what you are taking out of your car and what’s in your bag. This is extremely unpleasant and is the single reason why I will never come back to this hotel.
The hotel mini supermarket is one of the most expensive I have been to in the whole world with airport level pricing. Eg 25MAD (£2) for a small bottle of water.
De omgeving en locatie waren uitstekend.
Het hotel is een beetje gedateerd. 🏨 #hotel #verouderd
Ligging van de hotel.
Helaas was kamer zeer oud en kalk en schimmel in badkamer. Vloer en balkon zeer vies. Geen welkom drankje in koelkast. Zeer slecht voor een dure hotel.
Loved this hotel. Great location and very friendly staff. Good facilities and right on the beach
.will def go back..
