Beim Checkout war die Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich. Unverständlich dass sie an einer Reception arbeiten darf.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel
Nous avons moins aimé les chambres (un peu vieillissantes) mais nous y sommes que pour dormir.
Hôtel magnifique avec une vue totale sur l’océan
Les espaces sont spacieux et très confortable
Toutes les personnes travaillant à l’hôtel à qui j’ai eu à faire ont toutes été chaleureuses, à mon écoute, c’était un réel plaisir de partager avec elles
La chambre vue mer est splendide, 2 terrasses totalement face à l’océan, on y entend le chant des vagues du matin au soir et elles nous bercent la nuit.
La literie est très très confortable, j’y ai dormi comme un bb.
Le buffet du dîner et du breakfast est très varié, je m’y suis régalée.

Tout était parfait !
Great location close the the beach, breakfast had a large selection. Nice hotel inside when you walked through the doors there was a wow factor.
When walking in the room there was hair and sand on the floors. The interior of the room is nice however does need some updating the tiles in the bathroom were coming away from the wall, door that covers the fridge didn’t shut properly, just needs some TLC.
Die Lage war eines a, die Personal angefangen von allen Damen in der Rezeption ohne Ausnahme waren super nett und freundlich. Die personal in der Restaurant waren sehr hilfsbereit, sehr nett und immer freundlich bei dieser Gelegenheit gilt mein Dank an die super freundliche "Nohaila" die uns immer mit einen breiten Lächeln empfangen hat.

No iron in the hotel. Phones not working to call staff.
The staff 15/10. They were incredible!! They made my husband birthday so special at no extra cost. They upgraded our room to a suite which was decorated and with a cake. This was our second time in Agadir and the Amadil team made us forget our first stay. The pool entertainment and activities were great, the food was delicious with a wide range of choice
It would be better if the gym could open earlier as it’s better to workout before having breakfast

The reception staff were excellent..in particular Aicha who was extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel and room are very clean.
The animation staff were always busy and the aquarium gym activity was great.
A good range of evening entertainment such as the White party. Leeds United kn the TV was a bonus. :)
