Sehr erholsam, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

wir waren 1 Woche hier inkl. Frühstück und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr dienstleistungsorientiert. Die beiden restaurants im Hotel haben tolle Menus mit exzellentem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich vom Personal die Damen im Spa, Ahmed mit gesamtem Personal und Hajar von der guest relation. danke für alles!

Cons:

ich persönlich mochte die Musik am Pool nicht, das idt allerdings natürlich nur subjektiv.

Het personeel was erg aardig. En de locatie was erg goed

Cons:

De bedjes bij zee waren erg slecht. Het geluid bij het zwembad veel te hard en de slaapkamer is niet goed onderhouden. Slordig geverfd.

Un super accueil, l’équipe est au top, petit déjeuné correct, et surtout merci a l’équipe d’animation pour les moments passés !

Pros:

l'hôtel est bien, les chambres sont propres. La piscine est pas chauffé mais on y rentre facilement. Le buffet et diversifiés mais la qualité est moyenne, l'équipe d'animation est très present est sympa, beaucoup d'activités et toujours le sourire.Le miniclub pour Les petit avec des activités est au TOP merci Mariem.
L’équipe de la réception avec Hajar est bien

Everything was perfect. The location, facilities and the rooms.
Pros:

We had a late flight and I asked about late checkout. Inane from the guest relation very kindly allowed us not only late checkout but also don’t charge us!
