Sucio y mala atención
Pros:

Unicamente las vistas

Cons:

El personal nada atento, cucarachas, todo sucio, nada que ver con las fotos. Tuvimos que ir mas de 4 veces en dos días a pedir que nos cambiaran las toallas y de mala gana sin educación y sin modales nos contestaban mal, que ya iban ahora y nunca vinieron.

Only the swimming pool was good.

Cons:

Towels were dirty.
Pillow smelled bad.
No light in the toilet.
Toilet seat was broken.
Wi-Fi cut out every 1 or 2 hours.
No elevator; you have to carry your luggage down two floors yourself..
No TV.
No fridge.
No AC.

value for money, but the room conditions and internet service could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel was okay overall and offered fair value for the money. The location was convenient and the stay was generally comfortable.

Cons:

The first room had a very strong paint smell from newly painted walls, so I had to change rooms. In the second room, the internet was not working even though WiFi was advertised and I was given the access code. When I informed the night reception staff, the response was simply that nothing could be done until the morning, which was disappointing as I needed internet late at night.
