Cons:

Vi hade sett fram emot vistelsen länge, inte minst för att fira både vår dotters och min frus födelsedagar. Som erfarna resenärer och återkommande gäster på femstjärniga resorter vet vi att problem kan uppstå var som helst, men det som utmärker en riktig lyxresort är hur de kommuniceras och löses, och där brast Hacienda Son Antem tydligt.

Under större delen av vistelsen var poolduscharna ur funktion utan skyltning eller information, vilket gjorde att nästan alla gäster gick i poolen oduschade. Vi valde att helt undvika poolen resten av vistelsen på grund av hygienrisken. Övervakningen kring poolen var också bristfällig.

På à la carte-restaurangen var väntetiderna för långa vid varje besök, och sista kvällen fick en i sällskapet sin huvudrätt cirka 20 minuter efter oss andra.

Receptionen gav dessutom felaktig information om golf- och tennistider, de sa att allt var fullbokat trots att vi själva såg lediga tider, vilket var extra nedslående på en golfresort.

Ingen enskild brist stod för sig själv, men tillsammans gav de en upplevelse långt under vad en femstjärnig golfresort på den prisnivån borde erbjuda. Mest besvikna blev vi över den bristande kommunikationen och ansvarstagandet.

Το ξενοδοχείο δε βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία κι χρειάζεσαι απαραίτητα αυτοκίνητο.
Παρολαυτα, ο χώρος έχει μια ευχάριστη ηρεμία κι νιώθεις σαν να κατοικείς σε μια hacienda. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή κι το πρωινό είχε πολλές επιλογές!
