I expected more
Pros:

Good swimming pool but mediocre hotel. I expected more from a Marriott.

Personeller ilgisiz , gerçekten sizi önemsemiyorlar. Eşimin doğum gününü bu otelde geçirelim dedik bi minik jesti bile çok gördüler, sözel bile kutlama yapılmadı rica etmeme rağmen. O yüzden siz onlar için sadece müşteriden ibaretsiniz. Otele erken vardık bize 2 kez söz verdikleri saati ertelediler sizin gününüz yanmış ne önemi var. Yaptıkları işin sorumluluklarını alabilecek karakterde değiller , hayal kırıklığı yaşamayın.

Cons:

Çalışanların iş ahlakı konusunda yeterli tecrübeli olduklarını düşünmüyorum.

Very disappointing. An immediate revision of quality staff, attitude and service is necessary.

Some members of staff would benefit from a greater emphasis on good manners, courtesy and professional customer service.

The service was consistently slow and, in several respects, inadequate. The hotel requires considerable improvement, particularly in relation to staffing levels. There did not appear to be sufficient bell staff or general staff to cope with the number of guests staying at the property. As a result, the hotel seemed unable to provide the level of service one would reasonably expect from an establishment of this calibre.

On arrival, my room was not ready. While I was waiting, I was offered a one-night stay in one of the hotel’s villas away from the main hotel, with the expectation that I would then have to move all my luggage once a room became available. This was unacceptable on every level and certainly not an appropriate solution for a guest arriving at a hotel of this standard.

Thankfully, a room was eventually found for me, although it was not my originally allocated room. The view from my terrace was of a bouncy castle and dead grass, which was extremely disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel of this calibre, particularly given the prices charged.

I also had to wait approximately 45 minutes for my luggage to be delivered to my room. When it eventually arrived, I was given no assistance with placing my luggage in a suitable position to make unpacking easier. This was another example of the lack of attention to detail and customer service that I experienced during my stay.

In addition, I encountered numerous problems with my room safe failing, which ultimately resulted in it having to be replaced. This was particularly frustrating and caused considerable inconvenience, especially as I was unable to leave the safe unlocked and needed it to be functioning properly.

Overall, I found the experience disappointing and well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Pros:

Raul was great he was de facto my travel guide 😅. Also the chief there big man I forgot his name he was my guide to Halal menu he was great. Also Christn was super. Excellent staff
