Hotel würde ich wieder buchen ohne Frühstück und ohne Garagenstellplatz.
Pros:

Schönes komfortables Hotel in der Nähe von der U- Bahn.

Cons:

Frühstück für 35,- € zu teuer.
Tiefgarage 35,- € auch zu teuer.

Disappointing stay – only the location was a positive point.
Pros:

📍 The only positive aspect was the convenient location, close to the metro with quick access to the city centre.

Cons:

* 🚿 Unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain.
* 🛏️ Very uncomfortable mattress, with a blanket placed on top to make it softer, which did not solve the problem.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. The location was good, but the room comfort and bathroom conditions did not meet my expectations. I would not choose this hotel again.

équipe formidable, dévouée et gentille.
lieu situé à proximité du métro permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville. et des lieux touristiques.

Cons:

lit trop mou et chambre un peu bruyante, cela lié aux voisins de chambre.
mélange entre un ibis au niveau décoration et un 4 étoiles pour les prix

Sollten wir wieder einmal in Wien übernachten, dann unbedingt hier
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klassich und dennoch modern. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und nicht zu kahl. Das Badezimmer ist top. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage vom Hotel ist direkt an der U-Bahn, sodass man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Der Preis ist im Vergleich zu Innenstadthotels fast nur die Hälfte. Also TOP Preis/Leistung. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen

Cons:

Einziges kleines Manko - unser Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Es wurde uns aber angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln und versichert, dass die Fenster aktuell in allen Zimmern überarbeitet werden. Wir haben das Zimmer dennoch behalten und einfach über die Klimaanlage geregelt

Cons:

Unser erstes Zimmer war verschmutzt: mehrere Flecken am Leintuch und am Bettüberzug. Badezimmer war nicht geputzt. Fremde Haare am Spiegel und hinter dem Waschbecken. Auf Urgenz hat der völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zwei Mal versucht, das Leintuch und den Überzug zu tauschen, hatte jedoch keine richtige Größe zur Verfügung. Ich habe dreimal nachgefragt, ob wir nicht das Zimmer wechseln könnten und er hat jedes mal gemeint, dass das Hotel vollkommen ausgebucht sei. Als ich dann das Hotel verlassen und mein Geld zurückhaben wollte war dann - ach welch ein Wunder - doch noch ein Zimmer frei. Der Mitarbeiter betonte mehrmals, dass wir eine KOSTENLOSES Upgrade erhalten. Offensichtlich hat er erwartet, dass ich mich dafür auch noch bedanke....

Das zweite Zimmer war zufriedenstellend sauber allerdings war das Bett absolut durchgelegen. In regelmässigen Abständen begann die Lüftungsanlage der Tiefgarage vor dem Fenster zu surren.
