Great Hotel near Schönbrunn
Pros:

Nice big room, close to the underground train, useful 24/7 store at the lobby, free gym

Cons:

Sauna was closed at the time of our stay, no coffee machine at our room although it said so on the room info, pillows were pretty high and no other pillow type was available

Frühstück, Zimmer

Cons:

Englischsprachige mails für Schwiegervater, der kein Englisch spricht.
Starke Teuerung, nur weil ESC in Wien ist.
Dazu kommt,, dass es kein Zimmerservice gab.Lt Rezeption aus Umweltschutzgründen, ich glaube eher, dass sich das Hotel Personalkosten erspart.

Pokoje, snídaně a sužby jsou na dobré úrovni. Dále hotel je umístěn na velmi strategickém místě.
Pros:

Snídaně byla dobrá, jen mohl být větší výběr uzenin, šunka, sýry. Dále chyběla nabídka smažených vajíček ("volská oka")..... . Jinak velký výběr pečiva. Celkem tedy snídaně velmi dobrá.

Cons:

Překvapili nás TVRDÉ NEKVALITNÍ RUČNÍKY, které v žádném případě neodpovídají čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu. Navrhuji tedy vyměnit na pokojích za ručníky kvalitnější...... . Jinak není co vytknout.

Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel bei dem man am Beginn des Aufenthaltes die Information bekommt, dass das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird, sollte keine 4 Sterne haben, das ist substandard

​I had a wonderful stay and truly have nothing to complain about. Everything was spot on, from the high-quality facilities to the impeccable cleanliness of the entire place.

​Location: The hotel is in a prime area. The metro station is right outside, which makes it so easy to reach the city center and all the main points of interest in no time.
