Insgesamt ganz gut.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß, aber es hatte alles, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen haben mir das Bügelbrett und das Bügeleisen – so konnte ich meine Kleidung jederzeit faltenfrei und gepflegt halten.

Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant hat mir gut gefallen. Die Speisekarte ist zwar nicht sehr groß, bietet aber dennoch eine gute Auswahl.

Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, Essen direkt aufs Zimmer zu bestellen, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Schalldämmung im Zimmer war insgesamt gut. Allerdings konnte man gelegentlich Gäste auf dem Flur hören oder Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer wahrnehmen. Es war jedoch nicht störend.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Teilweise das Personal an der Rezeption, der Frühstücksraum war am 1. Tag eine Katastrophe. Es waren nur einzelne Tische frei geräumt vom Geschirr! Dadurch kaum Tische frei
Zimmer zu weit auseinander (Wunsch konnte nicht berücksichtigt werden)
Zahlung im Hotel hat nicht geklappt, hat mehrere Anäufe gebraucht
Auf den ersten Blick war die Ausstattung des Zimmers toll aber auf den Zweiten Blick einzelne Sachen kaputt und schmutzig
Das Waschbecken im Bad viel zu hoch!

Disappointing experience despite a good location
Pros:

The room itself was spacious enough and clean upon arrival. However, the extra bed provided for the third guest was extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, can hardly be described as a proper bed. It consisted of a very thin mattress placed directly on metal bars, which made the structure extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. On a positive note, the hotel is very well located, right next to a metro station, in a lively area with restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk. I also have no particular negative comments regarding the hotel building itself.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights as a group of three adults, having booked a triple room. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not meet the standards we expected from a four-star hotel.
Upon arrival, the room was prepared for only two people: there were just two bathrobes, two drinking glasses, two coffee cups, and only two complimentary coffee capsules. While these may seem like small details individually, they were disappointing given that the reservation was clearly made for three adults.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of housekeeping during our entire three-night stay. According to the information on Booking.com, daily room cleaning was provided, but our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We kept waiting for the room to be cleaned, and as a result, the rubbish remained in the room throughout our stay. This was particularly disappointing and gave us the feeling that there was not enough attention to the guest experience.

Guests who are sensitive to noise should also be aware that rooms facing the street may be affected by the sound of the underground trains, which can be quite disturbing.

Overall, I was unfortunately disappointed with the level of service and the lack of attention to basic details during our stay. I did not feel the level of customer orientation or service consistency that I would expect from a four-star hotel, especially one presenting itself as part of a well-known international hotel brand. I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and improve the consistency of its housekeeping and guest services.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage ( U - Bahn ) freundliches Personal, große Zimmer und sehr sauber .

Cons:

Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt !
Frühstückspreis € 35 pro Person ist viel zu teuer !
