Très mauvais rapport qualité /prix, malheureusement arnaque .

La situation, l’accueil du personnel, la qualité de la literie.

L’étroitesse des lits: on nous a vendu pour 2500€ pour trois nuits deux micro lits doubles pour 4 personnes, 140cm ! Et non 160. C’est inadmissible de payer un tel prix pour si peu de place.
De plus, la piscine était froide, de sorte que nous n’avons pu nous y délasser alors que nous avions choisi cela pour les enfants.
Le petit déjeuner: il nous fut certes offert en compensation de la piscine froide, ce que j’appréciai, mais malheureusement la qualité n’y est pas. C’est équivalent à un petit déjeuner Campanile mais ça ne vaut en aucun cas 40€, et le chef cuisinier doit être formé à cuire des œufs. Les pancakes sont industriels, la charcuterie et la saurisserie et le fromage de médiocre qualité. J’ai eu l’impression de manger des produits premier prix. Le jus d’orange frais est en revanche excellent ainsi que le yaourt et la baguette.
Au sauna et Hammam, il serait bien de diffuser des huiles essentielles afin de ne plus sentir la transpiration des gens . D’autre par le bois du sauna brûle le corps et le carrelage glisse…

Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei . L ambiente che regna è soprattuto tranquillo e rilassante
Pros:

Posizione hotel molto comoda rispetto al centro , colazione ricca e sempre ben rifornita con prodotti di qualità, stanza spaziosa e rinnovata come pure il bagno , letto supercomodo e immenso .

Cons:

X quanto riguarda il bar x gli aperitivi potrebbero organizzarsi con almeno qualche arachide piuttosto che il nulla
