객실에 누워있다가 팔 다리 여기저기 가려워서 쳄구를 봤더니 검은 점들이 여기저기 있어서 처음 침구 교체를 요구했다가 방도 교채를 요구했다. 아시아인 여자가 허우스키핑메니저인데 적반하장으로 그냥 침구만 교체하라는 뉘앙스를 보였고 프론트 전화하니 직원이 자기랑 통화안했다고 다시 하라고 해서 메모전달하라고 하고 방을 교체했다. 직원교육이 부실한듯. 객실도

Large Marriott experience
Pros:

Good big hotel, the breakfast was phenomenal with a lot of variety and selection. The rooms were compact and comfortable.

Cons:

The service wasn’t very personalized, but that is to be expected from such a large hotel chain, but the staff was still very courteous and respectful

كان هناك أعمال في الفندق والصوت جداً مزعج ولم استطيع النوم أنا وزوجتي ولدينا رحلة طويلة اليوم والان لم ننام ونحن مرهقين وإدارة الفندق لم تبلغنا بأن هناك أعمال ولو علمت لما اتيت لهذا الفندق وكانت ردة فعل المديرة عندما بلغتها سيئة جداً والان لدي تجربة سيئة جدا ً ولن اسكن هذا الفندق مرة اخرى وسوف ابلغ أقاربي واصدقائي بعدم المجيء لهذا الفندق
