People 12 years old and over stay for 259.20 zł per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Nie był to nasz pierwszy nocleg w tym miejscu i nadal jesteśmy zadowoleni. Lokalizacja, widok na centrum miasta na duży plus.
Poprosiłem o łóżeczka dla dziecka ale nie było ostatecznie dostarczone. Nie był to duży problem ale miałem potwierdzenie, że będzie przygotowane. Dziecko spało z nami w łóżku.

I am very disappointed with my stay at the Presidential Hotel Warsaw. In my opinion, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
From the moment I arrived, there was no welcome experience whatsoever. No one opened the door, no assistance was offered with my luggage, and the receptionist did not take the time to explain how to get to my room or provide any information about the hotel facilities.
I booked a deluxe room at a significant cost, only to be disturbed by a constant noise coming from the bathroom throughout my stay. It was impossible to ignore and greatly affected my comfort.
The breakfast was enjoyable, but unfortunately that was the only real highlight. Even there, basic amenities were lacking. Oat milk was not readily available and had to be requested separately every morning. The coffee from the machine was also of very poor quality and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category.
In terms of security and exclusivity, the hotel did not feel like a luxury property at all. It seemed that anyone could enter the building and access the second floor without any checks. The atmosphere felt more like a standard business hotel than a premium 5-star establishment.
Furthermore, there was very little to do within the hotel itself. Apart from the nice view, there were no standout facilities, and even the gym and swimming pool were not open 24 hours a day.
Considering the price I paid and the level of service I received, I feel extremely disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again. In my view, this is a good 4-star business hotel, but it does not deliver the service, attention to detail, or overall experience expected from a true 5-star property. I won’t stay there again.
