Pros:

Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der SPA Bereich ist einladend zum schwimmen und saunieren. Die Aussicht aus der 40. Etage.
Das kostenlose Upgrade in eine Juniorsuite in der Etage 40 war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Stunde eher anwesend gewesen und ein kostenloser Checkin war nicht möglich. Die Parkgebühren sind unwahrscheinlich hoch. Viel zu teuer. Ca. 45€ pro Tag!
Die Wartezeit auf den Aufzug könnte auch verbessert werden. Fenster im Zimmern sind nicht zum öffnen. Nachteilig an einem Hochhaus. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und ging nicht zum abschalten. Die Lüftung im Bad läuft ununterbrochen und ebenfalls sehr laut.
Das Sofa, welches auch als Schlafplatz genutzt wird war komplett abgewohnt und durchgesessen. Null Komfort und nicht einladend zum gemütlichen verweilen. Die Kaffee und Tee Annehmlichkeiten wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
Die Matratze könnte ausgetauscht werden und die Bettdecke der Jahreszeit angepasst werden. Diese war sehr dünn.
Alles in allem noch sehr viel Luft nach oben um den 5 Sternen gerecht zu werden.
