The hotel location was distinctive and close to most of the facilities and sites I needed to reach... Also, the hotel is upscale and clean, and the staff are distinguished by their respectfulness and quick response to my requests.

Cons:

Mr. Osama... was one of the best employees I have met, working in the guest reception department. He is characterized by politeness and great cooperation, providing us with many facilities and information. I extend my sincere thanks to him.

Always a great stay
Pros:

Great facilities, helpful attentive staff, rooms are clean and comfortable and well supplied. We took 3 children with us who greatly enjoyed the hotel and pool, an extra bed was added to our family room easily. We came back for a second time on the way home because the value, amenities and access to the airport could not be beat.
Complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival and in the room. Top service.
