A Truely Pleasent Stay with Exceptionally Friendly Staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Free parking was available on-site, and guests can rent e-bikes directly from the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff, especially the receptionists, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay

Cons:

Surprisingly, unlike most 4-star hotels, there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. In addition, the à la carte restaurant closes its kitchen quite early (20:30 p.m.), which, given the summer season, limits dining options for guests returning late in the evening and who prefer it over the free buffet restaurant.

Fijn hotel, mooie ligging

De ligging en het ontbijt

Cons:

De kamer zou uitzicht hebben, maar dat was op de fietsenstalling. Gelukkig hebben ze mij meteen omgeboekt naar een kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Maar ik vond het raar dat het uitzicht wel genoemd stond in de advertentie en dat het in werkelijkheid niet zo was.
En geen waterkoker op de kamer

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und sehr schön. Besonders gefallen hat mir die hervorragende Lage des Hotels – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu erreichen.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Es gab eine große Auswahl und alles war frisch, lecker und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Team an der Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen, und standen bei jeder Frage sofort zur Verfügung.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Garmisch Patenkirchen?- dann im Riesseehotel weil sie es können!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer über 2 Etagen mit Balkon, das Frühstück war gut bis sehr gut.
Die Lage des Hotel ist einfach perfekt.
Das Personal war einfach ein Traum!

Cons:

Leider wurden die Balkonmöbel immer wieder von den Taben verschmutzt. Die Toilettenbürste und Behälter haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, aber alles andere war top.
