Aditya has a very calm nature he handle a difficult customer with such a peaceful manner which is a true quality of good customer service- perfect person for the job of receptionist. Looking forward to my next visit and meeting the staff again

Aravind- house keeping does a fabulous work - I had met him on my last visit to the Marriot and now again. He recognized me and made me feel so happy to see him still at Marriot

Pros:

Its a beautiful and clean property. Wonderful breakfast spread. Dont miss out on the spa. The heated bed was a game changer and the masseuse were very good and they take care of you really well.

Pros:

More than the beauty of the hotel view. The staff made it a positive experience. They were very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping by nileesh made it a comfortable , clean, safe place to stay. Restaurant staff, front desk, all provided great service and made it an easy stay. I can’t forget the security by the beach entrance! What an absolutely genuine human being. The people weren’t just doing their job. They were creating a home away from home.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Juhu and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations associated with

From the moment we checked in, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness. There were delays in responding to our requests, the room phone was not working, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. We had to call the housekeeping team to address these issues.

The overall hospitality felt below the standards one would expect from a JW Marriott property.
While checking out, when we raised these concerns with the duty manager, Ms. Jasmine, we were simply told to provide feedback online, which was disappointing.

Informed the same to Jude and Vijay Ugale.

Considering the premium pricing, we expected much better service, attention to detail, and a seamless stay. Sadly, our experience fell short, and we left feeling dissatisfied.

We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the guest experience for future visitors.
