Pros:

Ruime, schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten.

Cons:

We hebben gevraagd om een kamer met weinig geluidsoverlast. Blijkt dat er op zaterdagavond een feest gaande was in een restaurant recht onder onze kamer, 5 verdiepingen lager. De bass was zo hard, dat we het konden merken in onze kamer.
We hebben hierover geklaagd en uiteindelijk hebben we de kosten voor die nacht terug gekregen.

Disappointing stay — the “Ocean View” was dominated by a construction site and the rooms fell below JW Marriott standard

Cons:

We booked two Ocean View rooms for our family, but unfortunately the view was dominated by a large construction site directly outside. There was only a very partial view of the ocean, which was disappointing and did not reflect what we expected when booking rooms described as “Ocean View.” The construction was an eyesore throughout our stay. The rooms also felt small and cramped, and the bathroom doors were creaking and did not close properly. Overall, the experience fell well below what we expected from a JW Marriott.

كل شي كان رائع ونظيف المنطقة هادئه وغير مزدحمه النظافه ممتازه الاثاث والديكور بالغرفه كانت ممتازه الموظفون مرحبين ومتعاونين جدا وخدمتهم ممتازه جدا

Cons:

فقط كانت بعض الاطباق في العشاء ليست جيده فقد جربت طبق باستا وجمبري في قسم السلطات بارد وكان متعفن ويبدو انه فاسد جدا اما باقي الطعام كان جيد

Dinner at Mezzo
Pros:

Nitin was our host tonight. Been meaning to experience the menu at Mezzo for a bit and it did not disappoint. Nitin made the experience truly memorable, he even got the wine cork dated and presented a dish that was out of the menu for us. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner.
