I had an amazing stay at the Marriott, the hospitality, comfort, and overall experience were truly exceptional. Everything was beautifully maintained and the staff made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. A special mention to Royston, Wendy l and anweshan at the lounge, who provided outstanding service. They were attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
We had an excellent stay at the JW Marriott Juhu to celebrate our Mothers 84th birthday. We had five rooms and stayed for 9 nights. From the front desk team that ensured all our room requests were accomodated , to the executive lounge management team ( and royston who looked after my mothers every need) to the attentive restaurant staff at mezzo mezzo, saffron and lotus cafe, every service member went out of the way to make our stay special.
went to lotus cafe buffet, food was very average but service was great. Caless was really polite and helpful.

On 31/05/2026, I was charged for both the accommodation and a large additional amount that was supposedly taken as a security deposit.
As far as I know, reputable hotels usually place a temporary authorization hold (pre-authorization) on the security deposit rather than charging it permanently to the guest's account. Today is 19/06/2026, and the deposit amount has still not been returned.
If you intend to refund my money, you can verify my reservation details and contact me through Booking.com. However, I honestly do not expect anyone to contact me, because I have repeatedly sent messages through the platform and your staff member keeps replying with a single dot (.) instead of providing any explanation or assistance.
I would appreciate an immediate explanation regarding this charge and the status of my refund.
An absolutely stunning hotel with 5* service. This is our first visit and we were might impressed with the quality of food, drinks and service especially from
Royston, Naresh and Pam. All our needs were catered for, and Indian sourced single malt whiskey @77 Longitude was a special treat. JW Marriott lounges are superb in general but the warm hospitality by the staff both in the restaurants, lounge, security and front desk are what makes this place 5*
I had a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott Lounge, thanks to Royston. His service was prompt, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. He ensured that everything was served on time and was always courteous and approachable, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I would also like to appreciate the overall hospitality of the team. As a Jain guest, I would be grateful if the lounge could consider adding a few more Jain-friendly food options to the menu. This would make the experience even more inclusive and comfortable for guests with specific dietary preferences.

Nice ambience with good services offered to the customers. I enjoyed the services delivered by Royston in executive lounge. He is a proven guy who knows his roles and responsibilities to greet the customer. I had a good experience when he suggested other options in food which I can try. Overall it was a good stay in JW.
Had a great extended stay at the JW Marriott in Juhu. The hotel is great. The exec lounge is superb. And the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Royston and Wendy for being so warm and friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Aumang on the front desk was amazing. His customer service skills are world class. Very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the Marriott brand and also the local knowledge of the Juhu location. A true asset to the business. Looking forward to meeting Aumang again on any future visits.
