La cuarta planta con vistas al mar, increíble… Un amanecer espectacular que se ve incluso desde la cama…
No podía conectarse las tvs a internet por lo que recomiendo llevar tablet en caso de querer poner una película
All the staff in reception and the bars were great, the drinks were good, and the proximity to a huge beach was perfect. Some of the nightly entertainment was excellent, one was very poor, and others were just OK.
Facilities/furniture/decor in the room were a little old/cheap. Not much variety to the buffet each day - could have had theme nights or something similar. Sun beds were reserved and not used for hours. Towel policy is poor - can only change towels between 10am-12pm, which meant you had to keep used dirty towels if you wanted to use them in the morning. Sunbeds by the beach bar are chargeable. Friday night BBQ at beach bar is also chargeable for all inclusive guests. Mini bar is limited, and cannot request alternatives/additions. No clock in room and only a charging point on one side of the bed. A La Carte restaurant can only be used once per week by all inclusive guests - only opens 3 days a week and service/food was poor. No snacks/nibbles available outside of catering hours (had to go to supermarket to buy some nibbles to have with drinks). Hotel design plus nearby trees means not many beds get the sun all day

Se encuentra enfrente de la playa con buen acceso al paraiso de Isla Cristina. El desayuno es TOP. Las habitaciones empiezan a estar un poco anticuadas.
Muy mal el personal de recepción, que primero nos dijeron que teniamos todo incluído y al rato nos dicen que no. Poca profesionalidad en recepcion.
Ademas al hacer el check out comprobar bien lo qie os cobran porque no se enteran de lo que añaden en las facturas de salida.

Um hotel com alguma história, mas que soube preservar qualidades que nem sempre se encontram hoje. Voltaria com gosto.

La habitación muy bien. La limpieza muy buena.
Es muy difícil conseguir hamaca porque todas están reservadas (cosa que se supone que no se puede). Además, la piscina está abierta hasta las 20:00 y para las 17:30 ya están recogiendo las hamacas.La comida del bufet es poco convencional.
Todo perfecto. El hotel muy bonito. Habitaciones grandes, camas muy cómodas, terraza amplia, el baño con ducha independiente de la bañera, también independiente el inodoro.
El buffet con diferencia de otros hoteles de 5 estrellas. Todo buenísimo y muy variado.
