Schön, stilvoll und ruhig aber freche Poolregelung
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und wunderschönes historisches Anwesen abseits vom Massentourismus.

Cons:

Eine Frechheit ist die neue Poolregelung, bei der pro Person und pro 2h 15€ verrechnet werden. Diese neue Tendenz, dass Hotels ihre eigene Hausinfrastruktur für eigene Gäste nicht mehr frei zur Verfügung stellen, ist inakzeptabel. Nächstes mal buche ich ein billiges Privatzimmer und gehe selbst in die Therme oder ins Freibad anstatt ein teures Hotel mit Wellnessbereich zu suchen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch sauber.
Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig aber nicht überladen.
Der Parkplatz ist Umzäunt und hat reichlich Stellplätze.
Das Hotelrestaurant hat eine gute und vom Preis angemessene Küche.

Cons:

Für den Frühstücksraum hätte ich mir mindestens noch einen zweiten Kaffeeautomaten gewünscht, da zeitweise langes Warten für Kaffee der Fall war .

Pros:

Die ganze Anlage - aussen wie innen - war sehr gepflegt, durchdacht und mit viel Ambiance. Das Frühstückbuffet war stets reichhaltig und erfreute uns durch die Vielseitigkeit.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Von der Abendküche hätten wir gerne mehr Spezialitäten serviert bekommen.

Pros:

Camere molto pulite e ben arredate. Bagno molto accogliente con rubinetteria di alto livello. Unico appunto soprattutto per non ama il genere, c'è la vasca e non la doccia, ovviamente si può fare la doccia ma non nel classico box.
Area SPA essenziale con piscina sauna e bagno turco di piccole dimensioni ma molto pulite e prenotabili a fasce di due ore quindi mai affollata.

Cons:

La posizione è ad una ventina di minuti da Verona e nel paese non c'è nulla, ma si è in mezzo alla tranquillità, dipende da cosa si cerca.

Buono nel complesso... alcune decisioni da rivedere!

Struttura comoda anche se un po' datata.Posizione vicino ad attrazioni e città.Colazione ricca.

Cons:

Quando abbiamo ricevuto le indicazioni per il check in e l' arrivo tramite mail non era specificato che i bambini non possono accedere dopo le ore 18.30 alla piscina.Non abbiamo quindi potuto usufruire della piscina perché non avvertiti in modo adeguato . Inoltre da poco è stato messo un sovra costo di € 15 per adulto per usufruire della piscina.Era un servizio molto apprezzato in precedenza, ma un po' meno in futuro.
