Great dog friendly overnight stop
Pros:

Room and facilities are great. Dog friendly. Location convenient next to the motorway for an overnight stop. Secure car park is great.

Cons:

Staff on arrival were not as friendly as we normally experience here. Seemed very reluctant to deal with me and another party waiting to check in. All other staff we encountered were lovely and friendly though.
The property has an edge of town location which is great for our specific requirements near the motorway but means the surrounding areas are not very pleasant, doesn't feel too safe in the area immediately around the hotel.

Emplacement de l'hôtel très pratique

Cons:

Accueil général, personne avec le sourire, on les dérange
Chambre au premier étage : check in sans clim à l'arrivée dans la chambre, plus de 30 dans la chambre avec vitres directement en face du soleil toute la journée
Nous avions réservé 4 nuits : on se retrouve au premier étage avec vue sur ?? Rien et chambre vétuste
Pas à la hauteur du groupe accord
Nous avons du demander la.clim : on m'a répondu que c'était centralisé et que la clim démarrait qu'à 17h (nous sommes arrivés à 16h)
Chaleur intenable dans la chambre mais clim à fond à l'accueil par contre
Et une fois la clim allumée dans la chambre... clim pas suffisamment puissante et très très bruyante
Cela faisait 3 fois que nous venions dans cet hôtel
Pour plusieurs nuits à chaque fois
La gestion clients français est vraiment mauvaise

It was good place
Cons:

Hotel reception staff isn’t handle the problem with good manner .
I had some issue double booking . Booking.com help me the situation . Hotel reception staff very
Rude .this is not my job it’s yours job to cancel . When I call booking she help me out then I manage to sort out the double booking .
Staff ask me to pay for both rooms .same family . When I reach the room call me back to discuss.
I think he was talking to some one police may be any problem . It’s not a nice feeling . He look new staff and not cool manner .
Finally when booking.com sorted I ask what can we do now . He said ask them to cancel . I said why did not treat me like this before . Problem wasn’t handle right .

Bel palazzo ma decadente

Cons:

Beh, causa un mio errore di prenotazione mi è stata offerta la seconda notte a +27% circa sul già pagato… camere vecchie mal manutenute e piene di piccoli insetti… ringrazio la reception (gentilissimi e ben istruiti) che mi ha invogliato a cercare una location migliore a quasi la metà del prezzo richiesto👏👏
