On ira plutot en centre ville si on retourne à Turin

Personnel aimable

Cons:

Le service de petit dejeuner trop encombré, machine à café en panne (une sur 2) et mal placée ,en fond d'allée imposant un retour à travers la queue.
Pas de grandes tasses , utilisation des gobelets carton.
Piscine trop petite inexploitable, nous n'avons même pas tenté de trouver un transat....
Ascenseur trop lent, ou trop rare ... quasi jamais disponible
Parking extérieur où les voitures ont été fracassées. Heureusement nous avions pris le parking payant !

Comfortable and convenient for major roads
Pros:

Comfortable room, good space and nice shower. Helpful staff and option of secure parking was reassuring.
It was easy to take a bus/ tram into the city centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed while we were there and the air conditioning unit in our room was noisy, although it kept us cool.

la colazione è stata di livello adeguato

Cons:

la camera era piccola per 4 persone, 2 delle quali hanno dormito su un divano letto. L'area condizionata era molto rumorosa e ci ha impedito di dormire. La struttura è datata e andrebbe ristrutturata. Nessuno del personale al check out ci ha chiesto se era andato tutto bene.

Je n'y retournerai pas.
Cons:

Insécurité aux abords de l'hotel. plusieurs autres clients se sont fait casser leurs fenetres de voiture car ils s'étaient garés dans le parkgin gratuit devant l'hôtel.
Il y avait des rembardes de travaux autour de la piscine. Les barres du sommier du lit d'appoint où dormaient nos enfants étaient cassées.
