Cons:

The carpet in the room looked dusty and everything was old. The sink made a weird sound every time the water passed. And best of all in the middle of the night they switch off the air conditioning. They say they have the right to. When we called the person on the reception told us to open the window. Which just open like 3 inches and right there they have put a sign saying that don't open the window as insects crawl inside the room. We were exhausted after driving for 9hrs and in the wee hours we had to really beg for the a/c. Location is far there is nothing around it, in a run down area. I don't believe that it was Novotel. Gosh it was the worst experience ever.

Давно уставший отель,но давольно чисто,можно жить втроем в номере и с собакой за доплату. Завтрак нормальный. Отель нюне в центре,есть платная охраняемая парковка.

Cons:

Доплата за собаку. Требует ремонта. Старая сантехника. Ужасная подушка.

Vol sur le parking, chambre médiocre
Pros:

Beau hall d entrée

Nous nous sommes fait cassé la fenêtre de la voiture sur le parking extérieur, le temps de monté dans la chambre et de redescendre, il y a des guetteurs dans la forêt en face, ils attendent le moment où nous sortons de la voiture et être a l acceuil pour voler. Évidemment pas de caméra a l extérieur car parking soit disant public et non privé. L hôtel a quand même offert le parking quand nous avons demandé.
Ils ont aspiré les bouts de verre dans la voiture chose positive. Le problème doit être récurant et ils sont au courant des vols.
Pour les chambres d un 4 étoiles c est scandaleux, salle de bain obsolète, tout est vieux et abîmé, de la porte de la salle de bain pleine d humidité, baignoire abîmé, pas de clapet pour pouvoir prendre un bain.
Nous avions deux lits de 160 cm , un normal et l autre un clic clac ☹️. La chambre est dans son jus 20 ans en arrière. Je ne reviendrai plus dans un Novotel

Lo staff della sala bar e ristorante è stato molto cordiale in ogni momento del soggiorno. L'hotel è accogliente.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è da rivedere. Una pseudo tripla (perché il terzo letto era poco più di una brandina) a 300 euro senza nemmeno la colazione è esagerata di suo. Ma ci si aspetta almeno un buon servizio. In camera c'è giusto il sapone ovviamente in dispenser, non c'erano slippers, nemmeno asciugamani per 3 ma solo per 2, non c'era la possibilità di chiudere la vasca da bagno perché il tappo mancava (scientemente per impedire di fare il bagno e fare fare solo la doccia). È stato faticoso dover comunicare ogni volta con lo staff per chiedere cose che dovevano essere basilari, soprattutto visto il costo e il tipo di catena.
