Didn’t check in because it wasn’t at all like their online pictures. False advertising.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

It was absolutely filthy upon arrival and the front desk gentleman was rude. There was broken glass all over the parking lot from a broken car window, cigarette butts all around the front door, the front door was being held open from a rock, the entry carpet was extremely dirty and stained, and there was a car sitting on tires off the rim in the parking lot. Not safe at all, and I wouldn’t recommend at all. Worst hotel I’ve even tried to stay at. I drove and paid double because this place was so gross.

Pros:

When we get into the room the bed and everything was dirty..looks like someone else just leave the room and they resigned to me and my partner..we requested another one and it was no water at the room..bad..bad..the third one was ok but my disappointment was how can you rent a dirty room,?? How can you expect someone can even sit at bed that is been used ?? Never seen an hotel crew with this poor performance .

Pros:

La cama súper cómoda y la habitación linda . Estacionamiento gratis.

Cons:

no tenía habilitada la pileta , el gimnasio la mayoría de las máquinas no se podían usar porque estaban trabadas o rotas , el desayuno muy excaso.

Pros:

There was a great Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool wasn't just closed it was empty. There was no TV remote in the room and the woman at the desk told me that the ice machine was broken when it wasn't.

Cons:

Traveled from OKC to a World Cup match in Kansas l City. I had received a confirmation number for my reservation and an email stating the property “was looking forward to seeing us”. When we arrived to check in, the front desk attendant informed us there were no rooms available, and couldn’t provide an explanation as to why our reservation had been accepted.

She then offered to cancel our reservation for free, which meant that the reservation was indeed on the system, and the property had given our room away.

Awful, won’t recommend. We drove 8 hrs to go to Kansas City for the World Cup. Arrived at 140pm to ask if we could check
Pros:

Nothing. They hallways were smelly and the bathroom was moldy

Cons:

The customer service provided. The receptionists were nice, but didn’t or weren’t able to resolve issues. Anytime we asked for the manager, they were “she’s not here”. Only 3 employees in the whole building (1 receptionist 1 other lady & 1 cleaning lady) on one of the busiest weekends of the city ( 4th of July & World Cup)
