Off to a bad start. I booked a specific room because there was a chaise lounge which I needed for my boyfriend when he got out of surgery. I even said this in my special requests. The room only had a chair. I had to ask the front desk for a different room. They
obliged. The new room they gave me had a door that had been broken into in some way. It looked like someone took a bartering ram to it. The lock was messed up and barely worked. This made me feel a little uneasy with the neighborhood it was in. The tv wasn't too bad. I use my roku stick anyway. Then there was the issue with the Internet. If you have anything important you need to do, prepare to use your phone's hotspot. The bed was hard as a rock and because I stayed there a week I got a back ache. Breakfast was only eggs and sausage links so if you like that, score, but I don't! My key card deactivated 2 times and once was when I was checking on breakfast and unfortunately there was nobody at the front desk to get me new cards. I tracked down the maid and she told me there wouldn't be anyone there for 20 more minutes. Then she let me in my room. ( good thing it really was my room) I wanted to take a shower in the morning but that wasn't happening because it was out of hot water. I ordered food and they didn't give me a fork so I asked the front desk and they told me they locked up the breakfast room so they couldn't gimme one. I had to ask for housekeeping and they didn't vacuum one day, another day they didn't make the bed. From now on I am going to avoid Wyndham properties because they don't regulate the people running them so it doesn't matter if the hotel is being run to the ground they can still keep the Wyndham name.

The Wi-Fi password was not readily available, and the internet connection was poor. The front desk was unresponsive, both during my stay and afterward when I called to request my invoice. The ice machine near Room 145 was not working, there was an unpleasant smell, and one of the exterior card-access doors did not work, leaving me locked outside until I walked around the building to another entrance. Most importantly, I specifically requested an invoice for reimbursement from my organization. The front desk told me it would be emailed the next day, but I still have not received it, and no one response the phone now. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

The TV got no reception. So no television all night.

Roaches. And they tried saying i never showed for my booking although i was there 2 nights.

The shower was always filling up because the water was stuck I change room because the sockets were not working, the new room has the same problem because they’re old and damage so I have to unplug things to plug my electric devices, so after is saw the problem in the shower and had the socket issue I decide to give up and stay in the room, but was bad the shower
