Great location.
Pros:

Very comfortable, firm beds. Great location.
You can pretty much walk anywhere. Very close to the Crossings.

Cons:

Everything in our room was damp and remained that way throughout our stay.
Walls are very thin.
Parking isn't ideal.
Pool was dirty..

Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to the ferry. Shuttle is available if need be. Close to shops and eateries.

Loved the location, close to ferries and all the shops. You can walk to the ferry and save a bunch of money for parking. Great hotel for the price.

Cons:

There was a big crack on the ceiling above one of the beds, where the drywall appears to be moving causing the ceiling to peel. There was a screen for the window laying on the other bed. The hot water took a very long time to actually GET hot.

no counter space in bathroom. no daily checks in room, had to dump our own trash more then once. wasnt notified that if we wanted our room cleaned, we had to call and requested it.
