Safe and convenient, but disappointed with the services.

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and ferry.

Cons:

Very weak on service. No daily refreshing of the room or replacement of towel and essentials or cleaning/straightening of the room without calling to request all services. It going to the desk to pick up items.

We had a wonderful time in town and on the Island!
Pros:

Gentlemen was so helpful. We were picked up out front and taken to the ferry for free. Everything was so nice in Mackinac.

An acceptable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location is great. It is a 2-star hotel and it was clean.

Cons:

It is a tired property and maintenance could be better. When you turned on the sink faucet it sprayed all over the sink and counter. It rakes very little effort to have a few extra aerators and when one gets blocked from minerals replace it soak the other in vinegar for a day, brush it, and save it for the next one, and do it before it becomes a problem.
