L’accueil très chaleureux et professionnelle de l'hôtesse qui nous réceptionné le jeudi et français pour ma femme,gros point fort du lieu, l'ensemble du personnel était très bien également le cadre et le calme, petit déjeuner complet il ne manquait rien

Cons:

La condescendance du gérant, aucune mémoire visuelle,jusqu'à la fin de la semaine, il nous demandait notre numéro de chambre, parfois 3 fois d'affiler de façon hautaine.
Pour un 4 étoiles il méritait d’un sérieux remise en ordre, vétusté de l'ensemble, des rafistolage ont été effectué lors de notre séjour qu’il fallait enjamber
Le restaurant à une carte limitée et pour les boissons c'est pire .
Bien pour des petits séjours de 2 à 3 jours

L'emplacement est tranquille, tout en étant proche de Brescia. le petit dèj est copieux et le restaurant à coté est excellent.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir régler la climatisation qui souffle trop d'air froid!!

El desayuno es bastante completo y la terraza para desayunar es idílica

Cons:

La habitación no estaba limpia. Había telas de araña en las lámparas de pie y sobre las cortinas. El suelo bajo las camas, mesillas o esquinas de la habitación no se había barrido.

Prima plek, maar geen 4 sterren.
Pros:

Goede locatie, natuur rondom en toch dicht bij de stad. Fijne service, iets later uitchecken was geen probleem.

Cons:

Kamer niet heel schoon. Vieze toiletpot en douchecabine. Balkon zonder uitzicht maak je eigenlijk geen gebruik van.
