Ontspannen genieten van een geweldig hotel met personeel dat atent is.
Pros:

Ontvangst en behulpzaamheid personeel was zeer goed. Het ontbijt is een uitgebreid buffet wat zeer goed verzorgt is. Parkeren binnen het hek was optimaal.

Pros:

L'emplacement près du lac de garde, les extérieurs, la gentillesse du personnel, l'excellent rapport-qualité prix (séjour fin octobre), le petit déjeuner copieux, la taille de l'hébergement.

Cons:

Contrairement à l'accueil très bien restauré, le logement était vieillot et la terrasse abîmée.

Serenamente soddisfatto
Pros:

Personale accogliente e molto gentile veramente cordiale.
Non ho avuto modo di conoscere ll addetta alle pulizie che dovrebbe essere più attenta in ogni angolo della stanza magari con una costanza settimanale ed essere più sicura di ciò che non si svolge quotidianamente

Belle surprise malgré une seule nuit passée dans cet établissement sur la route de Venise. Facile d'accès, calme et grand parking fermé. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Pros:

Ho trascorso una bellissima serata in questo resort. La camera era molto accogliente, con una bella vista sul giardino, davvero rilassante. Il personale è stato gentile e attento, e anche il parcheggio è molto comodo. È stata davvero una bella esperienza!

Per dormirci solo una notte, va anche bene, ma per quella cifra ho dormito in posti migliori.
Pros:

Colazione variegata e molto buona.
Il parcheggio comodissimo e sempre disponibile.
Letto e cuscini abbastanza comodi.
Stanza piccola ma con i giusti spazi.
Comoda la poltrona.

Cons:

E' pur vero che ho preso una Economy ma questo non vuol dire che debba dormire in una stanza che cade a pezzi, anche perché ho pagato 80€.
Pochissima luce in camera, ho lavorato al pc praticamente al buio e sulla poltrona perché non c'era neanche un tavolino, la lampada sul comodino era completamente rotta, l'unica cosa sana era la lampadina.
Ante dell'armadio inutilizzabili, tra poco mi cadevano addosso.
Mancava il Bidet ma ho letto tardi che era alla francese (ANCHE SE HO PENSATO ALLA TIPOLOGIA DEL LETTO).
Anche la doccia lascia a desiderare, il soffione rotto che buttava acqua anche da sopra, non volevo una spa in camera ma un soffione costa 10€ potrebbero anche cambiarlo.
Alle 6:20 sono stato svegliato dall'impianto antincendio che ha cominciato a suonare, mi sono affacciato dalla camera e si sentiva puzza di bruciato, poi ho capito che erano i fumi della cucina, credo che debbano rivedere l'aspirazione delle cappe (chissà se passasse Borghese) 😂😂
Insonorizzazione della porta d'ingresso pessima, ho sentito tutto quello che succedeva fuori.
