Pros:

We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

The resort is in need of repair. The common areas were dirty. Bathrooms are quite a distance from the pool.

Well, stuff happens. It’s called vacation.
Pros:

Location was pretty good the atmosphere especially in the front desk need to attitude adjustment 100% the rooms were very clean but for the price the room it was a little pricey for what you got. I had to wait four hours on 2 rags was unhappy about that. I would recommend for you to be on the explorer or hire because there’s a lot of music being played at the pool if you enjoy that get one through five and annuities there are none besides the pool which is very nice but the bartender does stay drunk and I don’t think he knowsthe prices of the drinks lol

The establishment needs to be more straightforward with customers especially for the amount that is charged to stay for

The location was good

Cons:

Arrived a little after 4pm to check in and was told that my room wasn’t ready but that it would be ready soon and they will waive the parking fee. Fast Forward to almost two hours later and didn’t receive a text/call if the room was ready. Went and talk to the receptionist who was doing her job and listening to whatever the manager was saying. We were then told that the room was cleaned and just needed to be inspected. So we went to the corner store and returned back 15 minutes later and still no room. The receptionist took it upon herself to go inspect the room and that’s when we were able to check in 2 plus hours later.

I didn't like being on the 2nd floor to close to the pool area I couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony in peace
