Waste of Money

They kept closing the hot tub. The “swim up bar” was closed almost every day except only being open for 4 hours on one of the days of my 4 night stay. They over patrol the area with security and stare at you the whole time. The staff is rude and housekeeping doesn’t even bring towels to your room. They make you go get them yourself and the rooms were INCREDIBLY FILTHY. I told management and they offered to switch my room so I accepted. The new room was just as filthy. Actual dirt scum and hair in the floors and bathroom.

I wouldn’t stay here they turn the lazy river and jacuzzi off when they want to when it says it closes at 11 forcing you

Cons:

I was supposed to get a two bedroom suite with 3 beds it ended up being a 1 bedroom suite for 5 people and a baby hated it

Overall it was a okay place my only complaint was the room with a side view!
Pros:

Hotel was clean and it was okay

Cons:

I booked ocean front and booking . Com gave e a side view. That is not what I booked. Hotel said they were not responsible booking . Com was the one that placed me in a side view room. Very disappointing.

We had a great time!!!
Pros:

Room was clean! Pool area was nice and clean.

Cons:

The staff gave us a room key with someone still in the room! Our check in time was 4 so we couldn’t get in that room until about 8 that night!
