Pros:

No parking close by, ok place to stay with our dog, breakfast ok.

Cons:

A/C could not be adjusted. 15-20 min each way to walk for parking, not the most comfortable in 38 degrees.

Overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

Good position but by a road & more a 'river view' than 'lake view'.

Cons:

The hotel is past it's best & especially the reception could be made more inviting. Breakfast was disappointingly average, set out in a very strange & confusing way which definitely could be improved upon. The bathroom is very small, with nowhere really to put your things & slightly smelly maybe due to the broken shower plug hole?

Hotel molto valido con personale cortese
Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, la colazione seppur non è variegata è tutta composta da dolci e salati di alto livello. Le camere abbastanza insonorizzate fra loro tranne per gli scarichi che invece si sentono perfettamente. Personale molto cordiale. Prezzo onesto per quello che si ottiene. Vicinissimo a molti locali per mangiare

Cons:

Il parcheggio è un po' problematico. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento vicino al benzianio dietro l'angolo a 12 euro al giorno o il parcheggio gratuito del cimitero a una decina di minuti a piedi. Purtroppo il lungolago vicino è tutto non balneabile e bisogna andare per due km prima di trovare il primo lido (nettuno). Altra criticità è che proprio sotto il terrazzo tengono i bidoni della immondizia quindi fare colazione fuori non è proprio piacevole perchè si viene investiti spesso da tanfo di pesce marcio. Piccolezze è vero però forse andrebbero migliorate per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno
