Pros:

Perfect stopover for my Brisbane to Canberra road trip, close to Pennet Hills Road & the Connexs tunnels so minimal detour, room was basic but clean, comfortable and all that was needed, Bathrom felt like a big airplane bathroom (but cleaner!) with unreal water pressure! However, I think the novelty of the airplane style bathroom would have worn after after a 2nd night!
Lots of nearby late night meal options on Uber Eats as well!
Great spot for a road trip stop over, will def use again :)

Cons:

Only let down was at the cafe on departure, asked for a large latte (my go-to when driving as my cup holders are too deep for small coffee's) and the staff did not inform me they only had 1 size - very small - until after paying & making the coffee. So was stuck holding it while driving as a result, which was a little unsettling in an unfamiliar place with lots of traffic. Pretty disappointing they didn't notify me of this first so I could get a better and safer option elsewhere. But honestly, this was the only downside, would otherwise be 5*

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, and restaurant was open for dinner, staff were friendly & helpful. Given access to room 30 mins before check in, communications from property was good before I checked in.

Cons:

Room required a once over, the sheets were not pulled tight, there was used face washers behind the door, no rubbish bin lining, as there was rubbish from past guests. Exhaust fan remained on, with switched off. Parking $10 - but it was not a gated area.

Staff member accommodatng.. Lift was not working so did not pay for parking for the night there

Was a little unclean. Had plastic white chair in the room with black marks and a couple of hairs outside the shower door area
