Excellent for value, comfort, location and good staff.
Pros:

It was quiet despite proximity to Pennant Hills Road and the railway. Facilities were very good and the staff were excellent. The parking was very good too.

Cons:

The air conditioner was noisy as it turned on and off.

All round good.
Pros:

Only problem was I checked in ahead online as asked to make my checking easy but when arrived was kept waiting while a young staff member was learning so checking in early on line made no difference. Guests checking in at counter went through ahead of me .

Cons:

Only having to wait after checking in online . Not the trainees fault. Other staff could have put me through. I was very tired after my long journey which is why I used the online check-in. Not everyone is on holiday. I stayed for work.

Good price point, just lacking a few things that do not cost much.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be, comfortable beds, easy parking.

Cons:

No bin liners, no milk (seemed house keeping did half a job), no moisturiser.
