Ideal location with plenty of bars, restaurants and activities in close proximity. We felt it was a good value.
Accessible
The building is old. Old sheets from previous customers still in the room. A lot of molds seen in the bath tub. not worth it for the price
Kind staff, location
Too many issues.
First, we they did not have the king size suite that we reserved, and we were stuck with smaller beds.
Second, upon arrival there was a pool of water that had leaked from the refrigerator and had soaked a large part of the carpet. We had to have an obnoxious fan blowing for almost 24 hours. Also there were crumbs all over the couch and floor.
Third, the kitchen faucet was leaking and we had to get it repaired.
Fourth, we found an enormous live cockroach crawling on our bedroom wall.
The location was perfect as was the set up of the room. Exactly what we needed as a family.
The couch was uncomfortable. Also, the air flow of the air conditioner wasn’t adjustable.
Sitting at on the couch was chilly.
Beach front access and very nice outdoor swimming pool
They charge for breakfast daily and parking.

We loved the outdoor pool area and the breakfast available downstairs. There was also a very nice woman that was cleaning our hall every morning that always tried to help when she seen me cleaning our room and/or taking out the trash. We stayed in 810, so the room was a good size and we enjoyed having the space.
There were several small things wrong with our room. The fridge bars were broken inside and there was a VERY SMALL freezer space. We also had absolutely zero conditioner in the bathroom. There was a burn mark on one of the outlets under the TV in the living room; and every night in sync both TVs would shut off and say it was an issue with the router not being able to connect to the internet. The entire last day we were there the TVs did not work.
Good location, friendly staff
Room wasn’t as described, oceanfront 1 bedroom suite had city view from the bedroom, kitchenette with no oven/stove, no freezer. Pools were really cold.

From the Front Desk to the Bistro cashier/waitress to cleaning staff...everyone was very nice and helpful. My 3 yr old enjoyed her stay so much she keeps asking to go back to the room!!! We will Definitely be coming back!
The over all experience, breakfast is always great, starbucks on site. The pools are great, not too packed.
The views are amazing. Tracy and staff are always so helpful.
Had a problem with the TV. Didn't work the first night at all. Had to use my Netflix code to watch the next 3 nights. Issue was never resolved
