Very soft mattress, stained couch, loud a/c
Location was perfect, pool also great. Room was nice and spacious

The outside pool was cool
Shower made awful noises and vibrated loudly , paint was chipping from ceiling, various items were rusted . No free breakfast or coffee.

The amenities were great.
I booked a suite King room 6 months prior to my stay and when I check in they gave me standard queen bed room, no suite. Bed was too small and we had to share the room with the child. Was very disappointed. Parking cost is out rageous.

The staff was excellent. The hotel is very clean.
When going to the outdoor pool you cant bring a cooler, you have to spend $10 for a drink. The wifi at the hotel is terrible.
The room was a great size and perfect for a family with two kids that needed to nap during the day in their own space. Balconies were great. The outdoor pool and pool bar made this hotel fantastic.
The food was awful. The breakfast buffet that we paid extra for with our room was very cheaply made and I’m pretty sure the same food ( fruit salad, cottage cheese, eggs) were sitting out our entire stay. It’s crazy that buffet costs $20 per person. That buffet isn’t worth $5 per person.
Supposed to be every other day housekeeping. Only made beds once. Got our own towels every day.
The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations! There were so many options every day!
The bar
The property has a bistro that serves Starbucks coffee, has a hotel bar, and has a cute little market attached to the hotel. The outdoor pool/outdoor bar is also super nice. The front desk staff were super friendly.
Outdated bathrooms/room - but that’s not a dealbreaker for us. There was a light that was broken between the bed and duck tape was used to try to “fix” it, but it kept falling. One of our sheets also had a big yellow stain on it.
