Pros:

Locatie. Grootte met 2 gescheiden kamers en een super groot balkon

Cons:

Geen keycard moesten elke keer vragen om de sleutel. En 2 keer was er geen personeel en konden we het hotel niet in. Dag personeel vriendelijk. Nacht bewaarder norse man.

Pros:

Close to station. Useful if you need a place to spend the night before a train.
Staff was nice

Cons:

Old, tired, with an overall seedy look, dirty carpet at the entrance, the fridge was so loud I had to literally pull the plug, same for AC. Also noise from the street. Bed spread must have been washed years ago. The rooms are tiny, basic, frankly for 90€ one should be able to find something better. This is barely a two star hotel

Doskonale położony hotel, ale weźcie pokój na wyższym piętrze
Pros:

Hotel Bellevue w Genui ma kilka wyraźnych zalet, jednak ogólne wrażenia z pobytu zależą od tego, do jakiego pokoju się trafi.

Położenie: Kluczowy plus to bliskość dworca oraz całodobowa recepcja, co ułatwia zameldowanie. Do portu i centrum miasta można z łatwością dojść pieszo.
Pokój na 6. piętrze: Po zmianie pokoju komfort zdecydowanie wzrósł. Pokój był jasny, zadbany, odnowiony, z ładnym widokiem na port. Łazienka była duża, czysta, a obsługa sprzątająca wywiązywała się ze swoich obowiązków bez zastrzeżeń.
Taras: Dużym atutem jest taras na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na port – wieczorami było tam cicho i spokojnie. Tutaj Wi-Fi działało dobrze. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry.
Co ważne klimatyzacja była nowa i sprawa w obu pokojach.

Cons:

Pierwszy pokój (1. piętro) i Wi-Fi: Mimo wcześniejszej prośby o pokój na wyższym piętrze, na start otrzymaliśmy pokój na 1. piętrze. Był on wykończony w przestarzałym stylu i wymagał odświeżenia. Dodatkowo Wi-Fi w tym pokoju w ogóle nie działało.

Obsługa na recepcji: Kolejnego dnia trafiliśmy na pracownicę nieznającą języka innego niż włoski, a pan L., który do niej dołączył, odniósł się do naszej prośby dotyczącej zmiany pokoju niechętnie. Nie chciał sprawdzić braku sygnału internetu w pokoju i dopiero po dłuższej rozmowie zgodził się przenieść nas do zapowiedzianego wcześniej pokoju na 6. piętrze. Nie był on w ogóle sympatyczny, jak to duża część Włochów, ani w ogóle zainteresowany rozwiązaniem problemu z Wi-Fi.
Raz winda zatrzymała nam się w połowie drogi na górę, jednak po czasie ruszyła, typowa stara włoska winda.

Great location and amenities enhanced our trip to Genoa.
Pros:

Great location: was close to the train station as well as the historic city center. We were only a 5-10 minute walk from everything we wanted to see. Good AC and fast WiFi which is very important to us Americans. The terrace was beautiful and private. Would 100% book again.

Cons:

We couldn’t get ahold of anyone when we messaged: we had specific questions and they went unanswered.
