Sehr freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Immer da wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker

Hôtel le plus cher que j’ai réservé et malheureusement celui que j’ai le moins apprécié.

Le manque d’entretien est important. La chambre est spacieuse, mais plusieurs éléments étaient défectueux : le volet électrique ne fonctionnait pas et ne se fermait plus, le tancarville était cassé, la housse du fauteuil était sale, l’évier était fissuré, la porte d’entrée fermait mal et laissait un jour d’environ 3 cm, et la porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas non plus.

Les serviettes de bain fournies semblaient neuves mais n’avaient probablement pas été lavées : odeur de stockage et présence de peluches sur la peau.

La réceptionniste a cependant été très agréable et a fait de son mieux pour nous aider.

L’emplacement reste un point positif : au calme et bien situé, à distance de l’animation des beach clubs.
