Pros:

Apartamentul pe care l-am închiriat pt sejur nu corespundea cu realitatea, chiar dacă era de familie cu 2 camere și mai scump ca celelalte facilități, era mult inferior calitativ cu cele single room frumos renovate. Baie mică obscură, îngrămădită… când făceai duș inevitabil spălai totul în ea, Wifi foarte slab, uși care nu se închid etc.. Ce era într-adevăr fabulos era priveliștea de sus de pe terasa unde se servea micul dejun.

Nos encantó Albania, especialmente Ksamil. La gente fue muy amable y acogedora, la comida estuvo muy buena y disfrutamos

El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa, es excelente, y el desayuno fue variado y de buena calidad.

Cons:

El hotel necesita más mantenimiento. Había varias cosas que funcionaban mal y otras que simplemente no funcionaban, como las cortinas blackout de la habitación. Además, nos quedamos atrapados dos veces en el ascensor, y dio la impresión de que era un problema habitual. Son detalles que, con una mejor mantención, podrían mejorar considerablemente la experiencia.

Czysto w pokojach i łazience

Pros:

La zona de la terraza tenía muy buenas vistas tanto para el desayuno como para el atardecer, donde se podía apreciar un atardecer con vistas al mar. A poca distancia de una buena playa en Ksamil

Cons:

Las instalaciones, en general, era muy mejorables. El ascensor, por ejemplo: nos quedamos bloqueados un día y el botón de alarma no funcionaba, quedándonos a oscuras por unos largos 5 minutos. El otro edificio ni siquiera tenía ascensor, con lo que tuvimos que subir las maletas 3 pisos.
La piscina era pequeña para un hotel tan grande.

Pros:

Stenhård säng. Fick lägga kuddar runt mig för att kunna sova. Andra natten vände jag madrassen, då blev det lite bättre. Bra att veta att hotellet ligger högt på en kulle man måste klättra upp för, extremt brant väg upp. Svårt och trångt med parkering. Bra frukost för att vara på Balkan. Fantastiskt utsikt från frukosten. Barnen gillade plaskdamnen. Överlag trevligt.
