In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel auf den Bildern sah alles etwas neuerer als die wir scheinen etwas älter sein...
Bei Ankunft war unser Toiletten Sitz defekt. Während unseres Aufenthalts oberter Strom mal weg und der Aufzug ging nicht.
Wenn es um den Pool sind die Bretter teilweise durchgefault verletzungsgefahr!!

No hemos podido alojarnos en el hotel, porque las instalaciones no cumplían con lo que ofrecen en la plataforma de booking, es mentira todo lo que se ve en las fotos

Yo la escribiría muy contundente, pero siempre relatando vuestra experiencia y hechos concretos, porque así es más difícil que Booking la retire por considerarla difamatoria. Algo así:

Nuestra peor experiencia en Ksamil. No recomendamos este alojamiento. Reservamos a través de Booking dos habitaciones con vistas al mar en Mira Mare, anunciado como hotel de 4 estrellas y con unas fotografías que, en nuestra experiencia, no representan en absoluto lo que encontramos al llegar. Lo primero que hicieron fue cobrarnos la estancia por adelantado, antes de que pudiéramos comprobar el estado real del alojamiento. La sorpresa fue enorme: las supuestas vistas al mar daban directamente a una obra, el acceso parecía la entrada a un sótano o garaje, con una lavadora en medio de las zonas de paso, y la piscina ni siquiera estaba en el mismo edificio, sino que había que acceder a ella subiendo escaleras por otro edificio. Pero lo verdaderamente grave no fue la estética, sino la seguridad. Encontramos instalaciones eléctricas abiertas, enchufes desmontados y cableado accesible y al descubierto, algo que nos pareció especialmente peligroso viajando con niños. Las fotografías que adjuntamos hablan por sí solas. Bajamos inmediatamente a recepción, explicamos que las habitaciones y las instalaciones no correspondían con lo anunciado en Booking y que, ante esas condiciones, no podíamos alojarnos allí. Solicitamos cancelar la reserva y recuperar nuestro dinero, pero se negaron inicialmente. Solo después de decir que llamaríamos a la policía accedieron a devolvernos el 50 %, por lo que perdimos la otra mitad pese a no quedarnos en el hotel. Después de esta experiencia, nos cuesta entender cómo un alojamiento presentado como de 4 estrellas y anunciado de esta manera puede mantenerse en Booking. Recomiendo a cualquiera que esté pensando reservar aquí que mire detenidamente las fotografías reales de los huéspedes antes de pagar. Nosotros no volveríamos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Off beat location with lovely breakfast and great views.
Pros:

Very close to paradise beach. Also close to the a convenience store (Ionian market). The included breakfast was great and the rooftop location meant great views of the sea. We got the jacuzzi room, which was a lovely addition to our stay. The hotel pool was decent.

Cons:

The internet was very spotty and didn’t work most times.
It is also quite far from the city center. About a 15 min walk.
