Snídaně perfektní, bazén krásný, čistý, voda teplá. Pokoj hrozný, vrzalo vše a neodpovídalo objedn.

Snídaně byla odpovídající 5 hv hotelu. Výborné. Včetně obsluhy. Úsměv, vše dostatek, vše doplňováno. Jako hoteliér..oceňuji 1+. Pan Horal může být spokojený ad potomci. Taky recepční ač cizinci..velmi milí...Jen jsem jako Čech měl pocit, že ne všemu rozumějí co říkám. V srdci Čech trošku podstardant. Ale fandím jim. Každý jsme se učili a musíme si zvykat. Asi v Singapuru by na mne měli stejný názor, kdybych tam dělal recepčního. Hold jsme v Čechách.

Objednali jsme si s manželkou přesně pokoj klasicky, přesně dle foto a dispozicí. Vždycky jsme měli od booking to, co bylo na foto. Ojoj. Teď jsme byli nemile překvapeni. Prosím. Pokud dává společnost Bohemia Properties a.s. nabídku na Booking, měla by si za tím stát....člověk si to objedná (pracuji rukama 12 hodin denně a očekávám, že za peníze takto vydření budu mít to, co chci)..vím že máte Xpokojů, malých pokojů..velkých..apartmánů, středních, atd. Ale pokud si dle obrazu objednám, byť malý pokoj za nemalou cenu a s manželskou postelí ad obraz na booking...očekávám, že dostanu to, co je na foto, který prezentujete (vždy na booking je konkrétní pokoj, ne abn. jiný ). Dostali jsme kuťu, bez lampiček u postele, bez manželské postele, prostě sražené postele, kde do jedné se šlo jak za kulomet - přikrčit a mírně zaklonit. Postele byly sražené k sobě. Reklamovali jsme to ad reception...odpověď...Nemáme...Na 5 hv. hotel naprostá ostuda. Jezdíme po světě již dlouho s booking...ale tohle se nám ještě nestalo. Je to vaše ostuda. Hotel Růže, již nikdy. Ubytování těžký propadák. Snad Číňanům to nevadí...ale objednám pokoj dle foto..konkrétní pokoj..a jsme s manželkou bez manželské postele a spíme jak pionýři? Byť s vanou? Bez světla u postele a bez manželské postele ? Museli jsme si svítit mobilem, když jsme zhasli světlo v chodbě, jelikož hlavní lustr přímo nad postelí by nám spálil spojivky.. Jsem 51 plus a manželka 39 plus. (máme 4 děti-zaopatř.- smály se potvory, když jsme jim posílali fotky aneb, vše zlé je k něčemu dobré. aspoň smích)). Vrzání dveří od koupelny museli slyšet i v Latránu. To než jsem k nim přišel.. tak všichni v patře. Bohužel i já ty jejich. Pozitiva...snídaně super, usměvavé Thajky, Korejky, snad Turci na recepci ( paráda) ? Personál, jako celek chválím jako zažitel . O matracích tvrd. na postelích sražených nebudu rozvádět řeč. V každém případě... Ctím odvahu a chápu vzhledem k 80 % zah klientely a toho, že máte těch hotelů hodně..hold byznys

Ein Kurzurlaub in Krumlov und im Hotel Ruze kann man wärmstens empfehlen! Es war herrlich!

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone! Ruhig, Blick auf den Fluß!

Cons:

Im Bad fehlte der Kosmetikspiegel und es war etwas kühl! Die Heizung im Bad ließ sich nicht einschalten! Sie blieb kalt!
Am Pool gab es nur ein kleines Handtuch pro Person!

La scelta perfetta per soggiornare a Cesky Krumlov!
Pros:

Posizione molto prossima al cuore della bellissima Cesky Krumlov. Per chi viaggia in auto anche la comodità del parcheggio (a pagamento) a due passi dall'hotel. Ottima la colazione con offerta molto ampia sia di dolce che salato.

Great hotel apart from wellness centre!
Pros:

Lovely welcome from very helpful receptionist. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Bike storage was very good. Historic, atmospheric building. Peaceful bedroom with lovely view.

Cons:

The Wellness Centre really lets down this otherwise excellent hotel.

Die Lage ist Top. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

An der Rezeption sprechen alle Englisch, leider sprechen viele nicht ein Wort tschechisch, das gleiche im Wellnessbereich. Leider haben vergessen, dass sich das Hotel in Tschechien befindet und auch Leute aus Tschechien dort Urlaub machen. Nicht alle Menschen sprechen Englisch!!!!
