Excepcional, Bilbao tiene muchos edificios, museos... que ver
Pros:

El desayuno es excepcional, muy variado, excelente, incluso había jamón ibérico.
Lo que más me encantó es la ubicación, frente al Nervión, delante del hotel hay un paseo con árboles grandes que dan sombra y crea un microclima ideal para poder pasear en cualquier momento del día. Además el hotel está cerca del museo Guggenheim, en unos 10 minutos dando un paseo estás en ese Museo, y desde el exterior del hotel se ve parcialmente el Museo Guggenheim. Y la parada del tranvía está cerca, al otro lado del río Nervión, cruzando el Puente de Calatrava, en unos 6 minutos, 3 paradas, te deja cerca de la Catedral. En unos 10 minutos andando estás en la plaza Moyua. El bus turístico tiene una parada a unos metros del hotel, lo que es ideal para subirte al bus turístico.Las rutas en barco están cerca, en la plaza Pío Baroja, en unos 10 minutos andando puedes coger un barco turístico y dar un paseo por la ría, incluso ver el Puente de Vizcaya.

Estancia que superó nuestras expectativas
Pros:

Ya nos habíamos quedado en el hotel en 2023 pero no lo recordábamos con un servicio tan bueno como esta vez. Las habitaciones son medianas, limpieza muy buena y con servicio de agua y café diario. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, que atendió nuestras necesidades sin ningún problema y fueron muy simpáticos en todo momento. Pedimos bolsas de hielo por una lesión en la rodilla y nos las subieron todas las noches sin problema.

El hotel está en un barrio familiar y tranquilo pero se puede llegar al centro de Bilbao en unos 15 minutos cruzando el puente. Cerca del hotel hay varios bares para comer pinchos o tomar un café, que no están muy llenos.

Cons:

Quizás el área de recepción podría renovarse para ser un poco más espaciosa y menos oscura.

Sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Petsonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider zu wenige Steckdosen, um Smartphones und iPads zu laden.

For pleasure a good location, for business only if you are creative.
Pros:

The location just off the city center. Large rooms, good beds, nice bathroom.

Cons:

The interior is getting old and shows signs of intensive use, for example the top of the desk shows water damage, bed lights are hanging loose, same with the toilet paper holder. The bath crane only moves with force causing looseness on the crane itself etc etc.

Furthermore the bar only serves some tapas but no real diner. Luckily there are plenty good restaurants on walking distance.

Molt ben situat, a 15 minuts de l'estació, a 10 minuts del Guggenheim, molt bon esmorzar i llits molt còmodes. Personal molt atent. Tot molt net.
