Ideal para tu visita al Guggenheim
Pros:

Está muy cerca del Guggenheim, que era el objetivo de nuestra visita y al lado del funicular de Artxanda.
Las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal muy amable, que nos indicó perfectamente como funciona el aparcamiento en la ciudad.
Nos coincidió con una ola de calor y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfectamente y siempre un par de botellas de agua en la nevera, que se agradecen al llegar después de un día de turismo

Cons:

Por decir algo los ascensores se saturan enseguida, ya que solo hay dos. Y en ocasiones hay que esperar bastante

Предварительная коммнуникация - делали дополинтельное бронирование, отправляли сообщение чтобы сделующая бронь была без смены номера, все прошло гладко
Встреча на ресепшене, персонал старался избавить нас ожидания в очереди
На мой взгляд, одно из лучших местоположений (в стороне от шумной части города, по направлению к аэропорту, а таежке к пешей доступности к основным достопримечательностям, автобусному вокзалу

Bunt und mitten drin
Pros:

Als ein Opfer des Flughafenstreiks am BER (17.März) brauchte ich kurzfristig für 2 ungeplante Nächte ein Quartier in Bilbao. Meine Wahl fiel eher zufällig auf's HESPERIA - allein wegen der günstigen Lage zwischen den beiden Brücken (Zubizuri & Da Silva). Der Empfang bei Anreise war überaus herzlich. Die junge Rezeptionistin Josune tat alles, um mir den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.
Mein Zimmer ging nach hinten, auf eine (verhältnismässig) ruhige Straße hinaus, so dass ich bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte. Die Klima-Anlage war m.E. kaputt - sie heizte auch dann, wenn sie auf 15 °C eingestellt war (was mich allerdings nicht störte - ich mag keine Klima-Anlagen).
Kaffee- und Teezubehör war vorhanden und wurde tgl. wieder aufgefüllt. Auch ein Wasserkocher und ein Mini-Kühlschrank waren vorhanden.
Die Zimmer-Reinigung war unerwartet, aber gründlich und willkommen (bei nur 2 ÜN hatte ich sie gar nicht erst angefordert).
Das Bett und die Kissen waren hervorragend, ich konnte wunderbar schlafen. Den Polstersessel samt Hocker direkt vorm Fenster konnte ich gut zum abendlichen Relaxen nutzen.
Das Badezimmer war solide, sauber und gut funktional.

Praktisch:

Die Seilbahn zum Artxando ist gleich um die Ecke (ca. 150m); und zum Guggenheim-Museum braucht man nur über die Da-Silva-Brücke (ca.400m).

Cons:

Es gab einige kleine Abnutzungserscheinungen/Schönheitsfehler im Zimmer, wie abblätternde Farbe, angestoßene Ecken und Kanten u.ä., die mich allerdings nicht weiter gestört haben.
Die Klima-Anlage (s.o.) sollte einmal vom Haustechniker überprüft werden.

Una estancia fantástica, el personal increíble
Pros:

El personal fue extremadamente amable, nos dieron información sobre la ciudad y nos facilitaron mucho un par de contratiempos que tuvimos. El hotel estaba muy bien acondicionado y la ubicación me pareció muy buena.

Cons:

Sinceramente, solo nos quedamos un par de días, pero no puedo destacar nada negativo. Tal vez el precio del desayuno, nos pareció demasiado alto, por lo que no utilizamos ese servicio.

Location and view to river

Cons:

Hotel allowed guests who had been drinking to congregate in one room, next door to our room.
Some of the party knocked on our door at 2am in the morning.
Although this was dealt with after we complained the staff the next morning on checking out were not concerned or particularly helpful.
They said we could have a late check out which was futile as we were already packed on on our way out!

Schöner Kurzzeiturlaub in Bilbao
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Mit Taxi vom und zum Flughafen ca. 30 Minuten. Kontakt vorab per Email gut, Check in ( mit Personalausweis) war komfortabel. Zimmer sehr schön, gepflegt. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Verwöhn-Frühstück! Sehr nettes Personal. Danke schön! Jederzeit wieder.
Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für 3 Personen. Museen- Altstadt-Neustadt- Bergbahn , nette Bars und Restaurants alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es war perfekt schön!
