Pros:

Super Lage, gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Da das Hotel nicht mehr neu ist, könnten einige Dinge erneuert oder ausgetauscht werden, zum Beispiel die alte Badewanne mit abgeplatzter Emaille sowie die verrosteten Heizkörper.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage des Hotels extrem gut zum Zentrum und Guggenheim Museum, Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und stets nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Zimmer (Superior Kategorie) renovierungsbedürftig, zu abgewohnt, Beschädigungen an Teppich, Badewanne verrostet, für diese Kategorie nicht in Ordnung. Betrifft evtl. nicht alle Zimmer, aber unser Zimmer leider für die Kategorie nicht ok.

Bardzo dobry pokój w świetnej lokalizacji (wszędzie blisko) z fajnym widokiem na rzekę. Problemy z meldunkiem wynikające prawdopodobnie z mojego błędu przy rezerwacji rozwiązane profesjonalnie i satysfakcjonująco.

Średnie śniadanie. Dość drogi, ciasny parking. Ale plus, że był.

Your best bet in Bilbao
Pros:

The staff was amazing, so they made all the difference. The river promenade is also nicer on this side of the river, yet the centre, Guggenheim and the old centre was nearby. Also, the breakfast was phenomenal.
