Un séjour très appréciable.
Pros:

La localisation face à l’océan, l’accès au SPA, la location de vélo, le personnel : tout était très appréciable. À noter un excellent petit déjeuner, bien que manquant de variété au fil des jours, il reste néanmoins copieux et de qualité.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas optimale, surtout si on a quelqu’un au dessus. Par ailleurs, les extérieurs n’étaient pas très bien entretenus.

Very relaxing stay with lovely food.
Pros:

I thought the restaurant food and staff responsible were superb. Especially the evening staff who were catering for a very large number. I think most people staying at the hotel were eating in the restaurant, yet the service was impeccable and the food absolutely delicious. Well done all!

Cons:

The entrance area (first impression) seemed a little tired, but it was the end of a busy season.

Pros:

Wenig, lieblos, Garten nicht gepflegt, nur schmales aussen Schwimmbad. Zimmer etwas bescheiden eingerichtet. Unpersönlich. Zufahrt schlecht angeschrieben

Our arrival at the hotel was disappointing.

Check-in was officially at 5pm, which we felt was very late. We had requested an earlier check-in between 2pm and 4pm, but on arrival our room was not ready and we had to wait a further 40 minutes.

We were asked if we would like a dinner reservation, only to then be informed that there were no dinner spaces available in the hotel restaurant. Reception staff referred to An email from 2 months previous which advised pre booking dinner.

The bar area was very basic, as was the outside seating area. Breakfast was average and did not stand out.

Most disappointing of all was the beachfront. It was onto an inaccessible, very rocky waterfront, there was no swimming beach. The nearest sea swimming beach at Gros Jonc was a 7km drive away.What appeared to be a sea walk was also inaccessible.

The Spa area was another disappointment. Whilst the complex itself was fine, It was a long walk removed from the hotel at the very end of the complex, in a separate building. Ironically, the exterior walk to the Spa was actually shorter than the internal route, which involved a long, tunnel-type passage.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to our expectations, particularly in terms of the arrival experience, dining availability, facilities and access to the beachfront.

La chambre avec vue sur la mer, le domaine dans son ensemble

Cons:

Le Sauna qui n'est pas assez chaud (60°C), le manque de mise à disposition de serviette ou de boisson dans le SPA
