Personnel pas agréable, ne prend pas le temps de vous renseigner, établissement très grand , pas très propre la Thalasso, hôtel très vieillissant ne mérite pas ses étoiles

Hôtel acceuillant et très sympatique
Pros:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien équipées. La piscine extérieure un peu petite, mais le spa était très bien.
Le petit-déjeuner n'a à mon avis pas le niveau d'un 4 étoiles, ils manquaient souvent des produits et le remplacement était long.

Cons:

Le repas du soir en salle à manger était très bien et la carte du restaurant avait un choix de menus variés.
Par contre l'accueil en salle à manger le soir doit être amélioré, car l'attente est longue à l'entrée de la salle manger afin de nous indiquer notre table.

grosses Zimmer, grosses und sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Anlage rund ums Hotel war wenig gepflegt und entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Es sind kaum Schattenplätze vorhanden - weder im Poolbereich noch im Aussenbereich beim Frühstück.
Der Balkon im Zimmer war mit einem Rasenteppich ausgelegt - aus unserer Sicht ist das unhygienisch und schrecklich altmodisch.
Wir waren während der sehr warmen Juni Tag mit Temperaturen weit über 35 Grad während 4 Tagen in diesem Hotel. am ersten Tag stand eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Diese wurde aber nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Dieser Service müsste bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel und einem Zimmerpreis von über Fr. 250.- enthalten sein.

Die Lage am Meer.

Cons:

Sie Zimmer sind etwas eng, die Zimmer-Austattung, das Drumherum meiner Erfahrung nach etwas unterdurchschnittlich für 4 Sterne. Aber das Vorhandensein eines Spa und die Lage sind wohl ausschlaggebend in dem Fall. Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück, aber für 28 € etwas hochpreisig, wie das etwas "magere" Abebdessen. Die E-Bikes waren öfter mal defekt oder nicht geladen, anscheinend fährt vom Parsonal kaum jemand Fahrrad oder hat ein Interesse daran.

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Atalante for our anniversary.
Pros:

It was very peaceful, great spa and pools, the bed pillows were so comfortable that I purchased one. Loved the sensory shower.

Cons:

Lack of water fountain around the pools and additional showers for people to use before entering the inside pool. A slightly more varied menu would have been nice or some daily changes.

liging hotel aan de kust, voldoende parking , fietsen stalling beschikbaar zonder meerprijs.
het zwembad zowel binnen als buiten en de ligzetels

onbijt , altijd iets te kort, teweinig aanbod van broodsoorten , teweing aanbod van vers fruit
uitzicht gevraagd naar de wijnvelden , en we kregen een zicht op een bouw voor onze kamer met een boom ertussenin

A very relaxing place but only the hotel restaurant available and my meal was inedible. Steak was like eating an old sh

Very quiet and serene but only the hotel there and nothing else.

Cons:

It’s probably fab if you want to use the spa facilities but I have no idea how it managed a 4 star. Probably a 3 as the rooms are very simple and never 4 star quality. The key card to the door failed on every attempt which meant a slog to reception every time.

De très belles prestations et un personnel à l’écoute.
Pros:

La localisation , l’accueil du personnel, la réponse de l’hôtel aux demandes (deux chambres à côté) et l’upgrade avec une chambre « vue sur mer ».
Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon.
