Confortável
Pros:

Quarto grande e limpo! Empregados muito simpáticos. Tanto no check in no checkout ficamos mais tempo no hotel e no fim podemos tomar um banho antes de irmos de viagem free. No geral a experiência foi boa mas abaixo da expectativa que tínhamos através das reviews do booking. A melhor refeição é o pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Faltava toalhas pedi e no segundo dia tiraram e não repuseram. No terceiro dia tiraram uma almofada e não repuseram
Internet no quarto não funcionava apenas na varanda e no Hall de entrada.
Refeições caóticas. Pensão completa só inclui bebidas no pequeno almoço. Eu e o meu irmão ficamos indispostos após uma das refeições, pode ter sido apenas azar.
A praia privada que referem é um espaço reservado com chapéus e cadeiras na praia mas o hotel não é frente praia, pelo menos 10min a pé.

Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki, nie było problemu z zamianą pokoju na pokój z balkonem, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.
Codziennie dania były tematyczne, oczywiście powtarzały się potrawy, ale każdy mógł sobie coś wybrać. Obsługa kelnerska robiła wszystko co było w ich mocy, donosili sztućce, talerze, szklanki, kubki, posiłki, owoce, pieczywo.
Recepcja bardzo miła i pomocna, wymiana walut na miejscu w recepcji.
Pan od zdjęć bardzo miły, rozmowny.
Do plaży pieszo ok.7 minut tylko trzeba wcześniej zobaczyć sobie która trasa najlepsza, zejście nr 12. Na plaży można kupić kawę, herbatę oraz od kręcących się sprzedawców inne słodkości. Jest też robiony masaż za dodatkową opłatą.
Publiczne WC niedaleko plaży otwarte od 14
Pobyt udany.

كانت اقامتنا ممتعة انا وعائلتي
طاقم الإستقبال كان في قمة الروعة والتعاون خصوصا الأخت كريمة والاخت مريم وكافة طاقم العناية بالفندق ، كذلك كان السيد هيشام مدير ومسؤول المطعم وجميع طاقم العناية بالمطعم
طاقم الفندق جميعهم بلا إستثناء كانوا رائعين ومتعاونين مما اعطى المتعة والراحة خلال فترة إقامتنا
كذلك طاقم رعاية وتسلية الاطفال الاخت نانا وجميع طاقم الالعاب
كانت هذه زيارتنا الخامسة على التوالى بالفندق خلال فترات عيد الأضحى ولن تكون الأخيرة إن شاء الله
قمنا كذلك بإجراء الحجز للعيد القادم 2027 إن شاء الله

Les renseignements ne sont pas tout correctes. Il y a écrit qu’il y a 2 restaurants. C’est faux il y en a qu’un seul et souvent très remplis. La plage est à 20 minutes à pied et non à 5 minutes. Et nous avions réservé une chambre avec 3 lits simple et vue sur la mer, mais cette chambre n’existe pas. Nous avions la vue sur les travaux. Un peu déçu. Heureusement le personnel a été compréhensif et nous avons eu une chambre familiale vu piscine.

Vzhledem k pláži dobře umístěný hotel. Pokoje dostačující, slušně uklizené. k snídani i večeři velká spousta jídla – vybere si zde každý. Navíc bylo i chutné. Výhodou parkoviště před hotelem v ceně ubytování.

Cons:

Zejména jídelna by chtěla trochu zkrášlit – otlučené zdi, místy opadaná omítka, některé židle a stoly by kvůli stabilitě také chtěly vyměnit... Měli jsme okna směrem k silnici, ze které šel po celou noc kvůli provozu hluk. Chvílemi jsme slyšeli i hlasitou muziku směrem od bazénu hotelu.

Nous sommes très déçus de notre dernier séjour dans cet hôtel alors qu’il s’agissait pourtant de notre 3ᵉ visite. Malheureusement la qualité a énormément baissé
À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas propre et une forte odeur provenant des toilettes se répandait dans toute la chambre ce qui rendait le séjour très inconfortable. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception mais aucune vraie solution ne nous a été proposée. On nous a simplement demandé de modifier notre réservation sur Booking alors qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Après réclamation un vieux ventilateur nous a été donné ce qui est loin d’être acceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.
Nous avions choisi la formule pension complète, mais dès le premier jour il n’y avait pratiquement rien à manger. Les quantités étaient insuffisantes pour les clients et nous avons finalement dû aller manger chez McDonald’s. De plus, la qualité et le goût des repas n’étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur.
Face à toutes ces mauvaises expériences, nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel 24h avant la fin prévue du séjour. Malgré cela, aucun remboursement ni geste commercial ne nous a été accordé alors que les prestations proposées ne correspondaient absolument pas à la description de l’hôtel.
Notre séjour a malheureusement été gâché à cause du manque de qualité et du mauvais service

Hotel aceitável mas eu não voltaria.
Pros:

Ótima localização e praia privativa fantástica.

Cons:

A comida era pessima, as refeições desorganizadas, a limpeza um horror e o jantar q deveria ser até às 21:30, qdo cheguei às 20:45, já não havia quase comida, perguntei se iriam repor e a resposta foi um simples não. Das 5 diárias q passei lá, só comi 2 dias, preferi pagar pra comer no macdonalds ou em qualquer outro lugar algo mais aceitável, a vista do meu quarto tbm era pessima, voltado pra uma piscina desativada e uns prédios abandonados.
