Le point positif de l'hôtel c'est la propreté des chambres, ménage effectué quotidiennement.
La possibilité d'avoir des serviettes de piscine que l'on peut changer chaque jour.
Le fait de pouvoir laisser les clés de notre voiture au personnel afin qu'il trouve à garer notre véhicule puisqu'il n'y a pas de parking privé.

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre avec vue sur l'océan et la piscine, la musique le soir c'est juste infernale, l'hôtel est entouré de boîtes de nuit, si vous voulez du calme, n'y allez surtout pas. Nous avions la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin puis les sorties de boîtes avec les klaxons à 4h/5h, si la musique était dans notre chambre ça aurait été pareil. La semaine a été longue!
Le buffet n'est pas super non plus, si vous pensez manger des bonnes spécialités marocaines ça ne sera pas le cas. Cuisine de cantine. Et beaucoup d'attente pour pouvoir se servir. Pas beaucoup de choix, nous avons été déçus.

Établissement a fuir, très déçu. Bruit dans la chambre jusqu'à 2 h du matin un spectacle pas loin et on dirait que j'y étais, le passage dans les couloirs jusqu'à 3 du matin des clients qui rentraient dans la chambre on entendait tout. Placard cassé avec des gros grincements insupportable. Il devait y avoir un voiturier au final galère pour garer sa voiture avec les valises. J'ai écourté mon séjour a 1 nuit c'était vraiment pas top je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Une porte d'entrée qu'on répare pendant que nous sommes dans la chambre pour qu'au final notre porte était restée ouverte car elle se fermait mal.

Pros:

Hôtel vraiment propre l’accueil ils sont toujours à l’écoute et professionnel.
Les femmes de ménage sont superbes et les chambres toujours propres. Rien à dire
Tout les personnels pour les dîner sont très professionnel et souriant, parait pour ceux qui sont aux soins pour nous faire à manger vraiment top.
Animateur et animatrice de piscine, génial rien à dire .
Un hôtel agréable qui donne envie de revenir, je ne recommande fortement.

Cons:

Ont étais dans la chambre numéro un 4143 donc le soir les klaxon des véhicules en continue.
Mais qui sont indépendant de l’hôtel.

Agréable, heureusement que le personnel est là pour remonter la note.

- Réactivité +++ des techniciens en cas de problèmes

- Proximité de la plage et très bien desservi par les transports en communs et taxis
- Buffet matin & soir variés et de très bonne qualité

- Bruit à cause de la boîte de nuit collée à côté tous les soirs et donc peu isolé -> nuits très compliquées

Honest & Balanced We had an enjoyable stay at Argana Hotel Agadir overall, but unfortunately, there were some issue

What I Liked

What I liked most about the property was the friendly atmosphere and the excellent entertainment team. Aya and the boys were fantastic — very welcoming, friendly and great with the children. They really made the holiday enjoyable and were a big reason we had such a memorable stay.

The spa staff were also amazing and very professional. I also appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the security guard, photographer and baggage staff, who were always friendly and welcoming.

The hotel has a good family atmosphere, and the entertainment and activities made it a fun and safe place for children. Overall, the staff members who went above and beyond really made a positive difference to our experience.

What I Didn’t Like About the Property

There were several areas that I feel could be improved. On the first day of our stay, the first room we were given was not clean. The bathroom was unhygienic, with stains on the floor, the air conditioning was not working, and there were mosquitoes in the room. The Wi-Fi was also extremely slow.

The restaurant was very busy, and unfortunately, some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. On a few occasions, I waited in the queue for 15–20 minutes and felt that people who spoke Arabic or French were being served before me. This was frustrating and did not feel fair.

I also think the hotel could provide more swimming pool options for children. The current children’s pool is mainly suitable for infants and very young children, so older kids have limited options. A pool or water activities specifically designed for older children would make the hotel much more family-friendly.

Overall, I believe the hotel could improve its cleanliness, room maintenance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restaurant service and pool facilities for children.

That said, there were also many positives. The animation team, especially Aya and the boys, were amazing and were a major reason we enjoyed our stay. The spa staff were also fantastic, and the security guard, photographer and baggage staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their kindness and positive attitude really made a difference to our experience.

With improvements to the areas mentioned above, I believe Argana Hotel could offer a much better experience for families and guests.

Un lieu sympa sur le papier, mais une réalistion inachevé. Une meilleur orga changerait beaucoup le ressenti client.
Pros:

Le service régulier de ménage et prêt de serviette de piscine.

Cons:

Un lit très dure, une planche de bois.
Une boîte de nuit face à notre chambre, du bruit qui résonne, impossible de dormir correctement.
Mauvaise logistique avec 2 femmes de ménages : 1 qui récupère les serviettes sales le marin 1 qui dépose des propres plus tard. On ne peut pas faire sa toilette entre les 2 passages.
La piscine était trouble, l’eau ne donnait pas envie de serviettes sales baigner.
Le service de restauration était mal organisé, attente de 20 min pour avoir le plat principal.

Bonne hôtel en général
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé par rapport à la mer 5 a 10 min à pied…le buffet pension complète est varié et le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

Trop de file au restaurant et pas assez de vaisselle, les chambres avaient des fuites d’eau, les portes des wc se bloquent (dont 1 sans poignet a l’intérieur) et le spectacle cabaret avec vue ouvert sur tout le soir est irrespectueux vis à vis des enfants et du public pudique (il faut prévoir une salle adulte pas en plein air)
