The location was good, very central. Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction going on all around the hotel causing dust and noise. Not the hotel's fault but something to bear in mind when booking a hotel in Barcelona.
Our rooms were just above 3 restaurant/bars and it was very noisy until late at night. Lots of music & singing.

The best experience I have ever had at a hotel
Pros:

The best hotel i have ever stayed in. Exceptionally kind, clean, and the underground spa is not to be missed💗 the spa is wonderful, incredible massages. The rooftop bar is calm and peaceful and just incredible views. From the top to the bottom a truly outstanding stay!

Chambre correcte avec acces balcon mais sans vue.
Hotel bien décoré surtout le hall.

THE A/C BROKE THE SECOND NIGHT I WAS THERE. THERE WAS CONSTUCTION AND THEY NEVER TOLD US. I COULDN'T EVEN OPEN THE WINDOWS BECAUSE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION AND NOISE TILL 3:OO AM .

המיקום מעולה. השרות יעיל. לובי מרווח ומזמין. מים ניתנים ללא הגבלה. החדר טוב. הבר על הגג!

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר לא מספיק עשירה ומגוונת. חסרים ירקות והגבינות לא איכותיות. מוסיקה קצבית במהלך כל היום, בלי רגע אחד של רוגע, בכל המלון.יש לשלב מוסיקה שקטה ונעימה ולאפשר ללקוחות להירגע אחרי יום גדוש. זה לא דיסקוטק!

Sehr sehr sehr nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Tolles Frühstück
Alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet
Direkt an der Rambla gelegen, UBahn Stationen sehr gut erreichbar
Taxis direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Alles nicht so wild, manchmal doch etwas nervig:
Unser Zimmer war neben dem Fahrstuhl, daher doch etwas laut tagsüber und abends, da sich die Gäste beim Ein/Aussteigen nicht unbedingt leise unterhalten haben ;-)
Zimmer im 6. Stock auch immer wieder Stühlerücken auf der Dachterrasse recht gut hörbar.
