Indoor spa was wonderful after a full on day
Pros:

Excellent location in a safe part of La Ramblas
We stayed for 3 nights and they offered us a complimentary breakfast which was nice. The other mornings we went to the local market and had juices, crepes and empanadas. The really good thing is that they allowed you to book in for 30 minutes for free in the indoor spa pool & saunas which was wonderful - highly recommended.

Cons:

The decor is quite dark but I’m being picky.
The breakfast staff were not the most welcoming. When I asked for 2 cappuccinos and a latte the member of staff sneered at me and said ‘what is latte?’ I stated to explain but she spoke over me and said ‘it all comes in the same cup’ and walked off. I was quite taken aback at her rudeness. However everyone else was v nice.

Pros:

OK breakfast, good help with dry cleaning.

Cons:

At check in the person at the desk was very hostile. We were in a hurry for a booked event after a 4hr flight delay and needed some help. He was not helpful at all and really dragged the time out at the check in. Took more than 20mins! So bad and nonflexible!!! This person should not work at the front desk and welcome customers!! I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times before and never been met like this!!!! So, not sure I will go back! Barcelona has many beautiful hotels....

Bra boende som ligger centralt. Ett stort plus är takterrassen samt all personal som lyfter stället.
Pros:

Centralt läge. Helt perfekt om man vill ha gångavstånd till allt.

Cons:

Det börjar bli lite nedgånget. En lättare renovering behövs. Se till att en sådan enkelsak att alla sportlight har samma styrka och är hela.

A beautiful hotel at the Ramblas. Clean hotel with a pool and bar at the rooftop. The rooms are big and clean. Also the personal is very kind. Breackfast very good

Hope the city cleans up because the hotel was where we wanted to be.
Pros:

The rooftop pool and bar were he highlight. That view is stellar! The staff and attention to our experience was top notch.

Cons:

Barcelona is under so much construction and the cleanliness of the city was very poor.
