Phantastisches Hotel mitten im Herzen von Barcelona. Sehr nettes & zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal. Schönes ausreichend mittelgrosses Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Die Betten super groß & sehr sehr bequem. 2 Kissen. Toll. Sauberes Bad. Täglich tolle Zimmerreinigung. Frühstück einfach grandios. Super Auswahl alles sehr frisch & guter Café. Obst und viel Käse & Wurstauswahl sowie täglich wechselnder Kuchen & süsse Teilchen. Immer genug Platz im Frühstücksraum trotz Auslastung vom Hotel. Schön & sauber angerichtetes Buffett. Super Lage und Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der City. Besser gehts nicht. Wir kommen wieder! 5 Sterne Plus Bewertung für dieses wunderschöne & saubere & optisch ansprechende Hotel!!! DANKE auch an den netten Bar-Service im Hotel & oben auf der Dachterrasse. Wunderbar war auch der Innenpool - ruhig, sauber sogar mit Sauna.

Cons:

Die Lichtverhältnisse im Badezimmer könnten durch einen kleinen beleuchteten Spiegel besser sein (zum schminken etwas ungünstiges Licht). Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken könnte besser sein. Aber absolut in Ordnung. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Es un hermoso hotel de cálida decoración, elegancia y categoría. Excelente desayuno, muy completo. La comodidad de las camas y almohadas. El personal muy amable. Lamentamos que solo estuvimos una noche, es un hotel para una estadía mayor. No llegamos a usar el gimnasio y el sector de bienestar. La ubicación es excelente cerca de La Rambla y el Paseo de Gracia.

It was very clean and everything was super nice. The staff where friendly and the bed was very good
